Here is one possible solution for Gov.Brewer, Arizona Constitution Article 16;
1. Composition of militiaSection 1. The militia of the state of Arizona shall consist of all capable citizens of the state between the ages of eighteen and forty-five years, and of those between said ages who shall have declared their intention to become citizens of the United States, residing therein, subject to such exemptions as now exist, or as may hereafter be created, by the laws of the United States or of this state.
2. Composition and designation of organized militiaSection 2. The organized militia shall be designated “The National Guard of Arizona,” and shall consist of such organized military bodies as now exist under the laws of the territory of Arizona or as may hereafter be authorized by law.
3. Conformity to federal regulationsSection 3. The organization, equipment, and discipline of the national guard shall conform as nearly as shall be practicable to the regulations for the government of the armies of the United States.
I would suggest the Governor call up The Arizona Guard to secure the border of the State of Arizona. If the ACLU or other entities should threaten legal action throw this in their face,Arizona Constitution, Article 2,Section 35. Actions by illegal aliens prohibited
A person who is present in this state in violation of federal immigration law related to improper entry by an alien shall not be awarded punitive damages in any action in any court in this state.

There is something inherently wrong with this country – never in my wildest dreams did I believe that this country would come to this. History does repeat itself, and it has in a HUGE way. Time ti fight with all the might the American people can muster. Enough is enough.
Right here, right now, I call for Barrack H. Obama’s resignation by January 20, 2011, or I will start a petition for a recall / A People’s Vote of No Confidence and Removal from Office under charges of Fraud, Misrepresentation and Incompetence.
Gov. Brewer met with the White House and came out of the meeting frustrated and upset. She that they wouldn’t even provide her with a hard copy of the power point presentation, which wasn’t anything that she was even hoping for or expected. And instead of building more fence, they are just going to repair the 20 miles of the fence that’s there.
There is little the White House does that isn’t shameful and the MSM could care less:
