Gov. Rick Scott: Not one person who is eligible to vote has been kicked off Florida’s voter rolls

The state of Florida is suing DHS over refusing to allow them access to a database on non-citizens that will allow Florida to more accurately purge it’s voter rolls of ineligible voters. Gov. Scott says that they’ve been working on this since last year and that every state by federal statute has a right to access that database for voter registration, yet DHS has refused to cooperate.

Gov. Scott also refutes the claim that eligible voters have been removed from the voter rolls by saying emphatically that it just isn’t true.
