Gutfeld was right as usual with his outrage and did it while laughing at Beckel. If you haven't seen Redeye late nights on Fox News Channel, you're missing the smartest and funniest show on cable. Watch it for a week and you'll be hooked.

Bob Beckel is so dim. He is the racist and he's calling Alan West the same. West is clearly saying that the condescension of the left to black Americans is a form of slavery. Beckel goes on his tirade of "I did's" without discussing logically or realistically the substance of West's remarks. Now a Soros backed "hate" group is pulling out the stops to get rid of West.
In a liberals mind (as Bob clearly stated) if a Black Conservative comments on a race issue it is considered RACIST but when a Black Liberal comments on the same issue it is considered Social Justice. Hypocrisy through and through.
I sometimes support Beckel when it's four to one. I prefer him to the eye-rolling Juan Williams. Beckel is the epitome of a liberal name-caller. When libs run out of ideas, they name call. The other four are enablers as they allow Beckel's smears and falsehoods to float away, while smiling and saying inwardly, well, that's just old Bob. His sexual comment to Gutfeld about Dana on the fourth of July show, at which Greg doubled over in laughter and shame, was enough, in my view to suspend him for a period, in fact both of them. I was surprised to see her on the next day's show with Beckel. I sense that true core beliefs and ethical and moral behavior play second fiddle to making the show popular. Success has gone to their heads, and I wonder how long before the viewers tire of superficiality. And is it too late to comment on the leg and cleavage shots of K. G.? She's fairly intelligent and I'd find her more appealing fully clothed.
You gotta love Beckel! I'm sure even he doesn't believe some of the outrageous crap he comes up with. But, that said, he knows who butters his bread, so in order to keep his job with Fox he has to act like moron. Wait a minute...maybe he's not acting...hmmmm.
No one can act that well. There wouldn't be enough Academy Awards to cover that.

The liberals control the welfare state, and the educational system. Both of which have failed the black community, and when someone tries to fix it, they jump and down and holler racism.
Andrea had a good point. Its not just blacks that liberals think they need to make decisions for it's EVERYONE! Thats why they love big government. They believe that they should be in control of the big government and tell the people what to eat, to buy, to drive etc, etc. because the people are too dumb to know what they want or to make a decent decision about something. Thats all liberal policy is is good intentions. Thats it. In talking they may sound nice but they don't work and a lot of the time they harm more people than they hurt. The saying "The road to hell is paved with good intentions" fits perfectly with liberal policy. And that is right where they are trying to take our country as they want to make it a God-less nation where no one has any personal responsibility and big brother provides for all.
Edit: Also how interesting of Bob to say that being called a racist is "obscene" but he throws it out in generalities at the Tea Party with no problem and left throws it out at the right just about any other time they lose an argument which pretty much is all of the time.
I love it when Greg slings it back in Beckel's face. The Five should invite Col. West on in person as they did with Palin. Col. West would make mincemeat out of Beckel's political hackery in 5 seconds.

If I hear Beckel say Redneck in reference to the south just one more time I think I am going to just have to drive up to New York City and discuss manners with him. It gets tiresome hearing the same crap out of his mouth.
So many racists are found on the Left, since the Left advocates collectivism; so few racists are found on the Right, since the Right advocates individualism. Racism is compatible with collectivism, but incompatible with individualism.

The ugly liberal and I'm not talking about looks. Bob just proved West's point, but he is too self-rightous and self-absorbed to ever get it. West dared, as a Black man, to have a different opinion than liberal Bob and Bob just couldn't let that Black man's idea catch breath. How dare a Black man think for himself. Bob taking West's comments so personally just shows that underneath the liberal lie, Bob knows he's guilty of using Blacks and he can never let anyone voice that truth. Bob may have started out with good intentions, but he lost his way.
The only think that is thin about Beckel is his skin.
Between this rant and his hysterical defense of Holder and Obama for Fast and Furious, Beckel has shown the true face of out-of-control, irrational liberalism.
The Five is actually a good show because it isn't successfully controlled by the producers despite their efforts. Perino is a died in the wool establishment Bushie, Beckel a slobbering liberal hack, Eric a wall street conservative, Guilfoyle an ex desperate housewife looking to move up from an ex Mayor, and it works. Not saying any of it is news worthy or intellectual but it is drama reality TV. Reality can be ugly!
Guilfoyle is not a desperate ex-housewife. She graduated w honors from law school. She's worked as a prosecutor, deputy district attorney, and a legal analyst. Would you like to slander anyone else?

If the shoe fits, wear it. There is a whole lot of racism on the left that they pretend is not there. Not every leftist is a racist ... but they can't have it both ways. There may be some racists in the TEA Party (though I've never met one!)... but that does not make the TEA Party racist. The historical truth is that the Democrat Party/Progressives were responsible for segregation, founded the KKK, and voted in fewer numbers for the civil rights legislation than the Republicans. The Democrat Party even today takes minorities for granted and panders to them for votes - but do not judge them by the content of their character, but by the color of their skin. Republican, Martin Luther King, would be appalled at what the NAACP, the CBC, and the black "leadership" in America stands for today. If the Democrat Party supported blacks, or women, or Latinos - they would not be so vehemently opposed to Allen West, Herman Cain, Sarah Palin, or Marco Rubio. They are all about politics, not people!!! They only respect people who vote the way they want them to vote!

And what have all these white liberals done for the black community? Oh yes, keeping them on food stamps, keeping them trapped in failed schools just because they don't want to take on the Teacher's Union, keeping them dependent on government welfare rather than encouraging them to start their own businesses and create jobs. Keep them helpless and dependent and they will stay on the government plantation. And for over 90% of blacks to vote for this failed president shows you how brainwashed they really are. We need more people like Allen West because he's one of the few people out there to call liberals out on the racism they've exhibited over all these years. Good for Allen West.

I don't regularly watch The Five, due to Beckel. Several of you mentioned he had calmed down now that's he on new show, so I tried to watch, but it didn't take me long to tune out again. Talk about a blow hard..... I can't stand watching Beckel. He's arrogant, obnoxious and generally wrong on every lib point he tries to make.
I watched today since it was their 1 year celebration, and was even disappointed with comments Eric made regarding Romney's Swiss bank account. Eric, all of people, said Romney must have something to hide. What's it of anyone's business what someone does with their own money????? Won't be watching The Five again, anytime soon.

I listened to Gutfield last night on Hannity (along with Dana Perino) and he has gone from a semi-funny late-night show host to a serious, intelligent political pundit. This isn't the first time he has called Beckel out and I am sure it won't be the last. I'm glad he did it-I did notice the rolling of eyes and the flash of anger after he told Beckel to shut up.
Beckel is an ignorant, liberal ass with a chip on his shoulder toward conservatives which is the size of his ample stomach.
I've never seen this show- only clips here on Scoop. I don't feel like I'm missing anything because Scoop puts up the good parts ;-)
As for the Swiss account. I saw something on facebook yesterday that said something like, "The lamestream thinks we should be worried about what Romney does with his own money, but doesn't think we need to worry about what obama does with everyone elses money." Something like that- but it was good!

"The media wants me to be outraged about what Romney does with his own money, but doesn't think I need to worry about what Obama does with mine."
