Lost Hope and Found Chains
In 2008, Barack Hussein Obama sold his candidacy to 52.9% of the electorate based on the designedly vague rhetoric of bringing hope to a war-weary, financially shell-shocked nation and he offered a blurry pledge to effect transparent, presumably beneficial changes Americans could believe in.
Four years later, with wars still raging in Afghanistan and in various other Mideast countries, with armed conflict on the cusp of erupting in others, and with an economy barely marginally improved, many of us have far less hope that this president can accomplish meaningful and worthwhile change over the
course of a second term.
In fact, many of us believe government brought about the banking crisis by pressuring lending institutions to loan mortgage money to deadbeats who thought payback was optional and that, unlike Obama, thought government was the problem, not the solution. Many of us also believed, unlike Obama, that the United States of America was and is a damned great country in need of at most minor tweaking rather than radical alteration.
Not unexpectedly, what we got was more intrusive government, billions in phenomenal misspending, trillions tacked onto our national debt which will impoverish our children and grandchildren, wildly imbalanced annual budgets, a first-ever downgrading of the nation’s credit rating, unprecedented and dangerous changes in medical coverage, and less transparency than Tricky Dick Nixon could have ever envisioned.
In all fairness, however, and despite the questionable merits of Obama’s “achievements”, let’s give the devil his due. Obama has accomplished many of his unstated goals:
. The president has succeeded in dividing the nation like it hasn’t been divided since the 1860′s and he continues to pit race against race and class against class with his campaign of divisiveness as if his political future depends on it, which it does;
. The president has demonized the peaceful, law-abiding tea party movement while lauding the destructive, lawless Occupy Everything crazies who represent everything law-abiding people abhor; . . .

Is it any surprise by now that the libs have zero respect for other's rights? The spit on Religious Freedom of the Catholic Church. They spit on the hardworking small business people who DID build their businesses! The spit on Traditional Family Values.
This is what we get when we have a President who encourages this kind of behavior and especially with Occupy Wall Street proestors. I know one thing, if I have been there and she spat on me she would have been decked and that would have taught her to never ever spat on anyone again! I think once Romney is elected he will calm the nation down and really encourage civility.
Oh the fake outrage. As a promoter of non-violent solutions to problems, I have been called every name in the book and have had myself and my family degraded. Yet, those same people who try to convince me that violence should be used to solve problems are outraged when violence is used against them. If you are going to promote violence as a solution to problems, don't be surprised when people use violence against you to solve their problems. How come the right is only non-violent when the left uses violence?
Sorry that's why I avoid old women. Change her gender or her age, she would get the cuffs. Old women know they will rarely be held accountable and they act accordingly.
How much more disgusting can we get? The republicans have much more class. The democrats have a lot of class and too bad it is "all low."
I have no respect for someone who spits on others, especially when it's done by or to older person (as both appear to be here). It's disgusting and vile, and it's also assault.
Now this is the kind of Obama-esque civility we expect from the lefty-loos. Call hazmat personnel! Contact the CDC. Quarantine the victim. You'll need to collect specimens from the offender. Watch out, she spits! Take the proper precautions.
What is it with liberals who think they have the right to interrupt people when they are talking? We see this so often with them. What makes them think that their right to free speech trumps everyone else's? The end always justifies the means, I guess.
I know. They have attempted to take control over the internet so they can shut down sites they consider to be hate speech. People better keep an eye on this because you have to listen to what they consider hate speech. Anything that disagrees with the liberal point of view is considered hate speech, so this should warn everyone that the left will literally silence and make illegal any opposing views. The liberals should wisen up and look in the mirror and realize that their behavior is very close to communist behavior. If we don't put a stop to them we will eventually lose our freedoms to have our own point of views.
So the lady who ask a question is verbally assaulted AND 3 ladies put their hand on her. The other old lady is inches from her face and you people think her spitting is some bad thing. She asked a question and 3 ladies were physically on her immediately. This is manufactured consent where there is no discussion of issues. If you try to open your mouth your out.... just chant romney and everything will be ok..... (if your rich).
I'd have loved to see the person she spit on whip out a can of mace and nail her in the face...

Yeah. The Tea Party protests are very peaceful, they pay to rent the land they protest on, no one ever gets arrested, and they never interfere with commerce.
Now compare that to liberals. They take sh*ts on police cars, they burn buildings, they attempted to blow up a bridge while they hoped people were on it, they physically attack conservatives (and say the conservative lady with a broken leg is faking), thousands upon thousands get arrested on OWS, and the interfere with commerce for days on end.
Hmmmmm. Yet we, the Tea Party, are what the left considers to be a threat to national security. We are a threat to liberal communism is what they're really afraid of.
The protestor. The Romney supporter told her to "zip it" multiple times and the lady told her to get out of her face (I think). That's when she spit on the Romney supporter.
The protester that was asking why R&R are against Planed Parenthood. R&R supporter was trying to give answer when psycho said "get out of my face" and proceeded to spit.

I closed facebook once, reopened it on request from a friend, but now it's being closed for good.
We'll have to wait to hear from the police...if it makes news....what he said in his posts that got attention and what he did that may have been off video that was resisting arrest. But if everything is like his mother says it is, this is bullcrap and it means we are on the verge of the governmnet becoming like Hugo Chavez and other communist states. We cannot have a government suppress our freedom of speech in order to protect their ideology (liberalism) because they can't tolerate a conservative viewpoint and don't even want it to be heard. Of course, that's assuming he did not say anything that was actually a threat.
My FB account is closed and twitter is next. I haven't used either one is months. But, you are right. Also, FB is full of viruses. I have had two email accounts hacked into via FB over the last year. If you have FB to keep in touch with family and close friends, make sure you have ample firewall and malware protection.
I saw a post on Huff Post today that was encouraging radical liberals to interrupt and protest Romney rallies. The fun begins. The left ( obama supporters) show the world how ignorant and low class they are, yet again.
