Herman Cain: Cost of goods will go down under 999 plan

Herman Cain defended his 999 plan from criticism on Huckabee, saying the cost of goods sold will go down because all of the taxes levied when a product is made go away and is replaced with a 9% business tax. He also addresses criticism that his plan raises taxes on the poor and the elderly who use Social Security.
