      Yes, yes, a thousand times yes. That was incredible. Why can’t the others do that? He laid out in 13 minutes everything that is wrong with this president. Such a powerful speaker… probably because he, unlike the others, actually believes in what he’s saying. The truth just sounds different.

    What a great response! Now that’s what I was looking forward to in the Republican response, but Daniels was very weak and not very aggressive.

      I wish FoxNews or some one would do a segment on ”where are they now” and look into where are Cain’s women. I bet they are busy trying to blackmail a buck from their current employers. lol.

      When Hermann Cain was forced out by all this crap; (even though he handled it badly) the GOP lost a really good candidate for President. Granted I think Hermann Cain showed bad judgement in the way he handled it but he is a good man never the less. I also miss the ever ringing….

          The People are the only thing the political and financial elites really fear.

          Whenever someone show leadership, inspires the people to think, to stand up for freedom against the government, the political establishment works in unison. Party affiliation means nothing when a threat emerges. Notice that even the Left Progressive media and the Right Progressive media fall in line to go after people like Palin and Cain.

        The GOP establishment never like outsider or people associated with the Tea Parties… They are happy Cain dropped out, they never defended him and some of the made up accusations can also be pointed to them. We as the people lost a good candidate but the GOP have one less threat against Mittens… now they are focusing on Newt!

      Unless Cain receives some serious civil damages from ladies 3 & 4, he is always going to be plagued by the references and his public life is over. I think the claims were bs, but unless he proves it, he is admitting to them.

      Me as well, but I’m glad he got his family out of the dishonest, nasty battle. I think he will have a much larger voice now as he won’t have to worry about all of the “talking heads” and “elite pundits” taking cheap shots at him.

      Love that man for his honesty and integrity, and just saying it like it is. We need to hear more from him, which I’m hopeful we will.

          Where are they now? I don’t still see them seeking lawsuits or anything against him. If the charges were real, some of them would be serious and worth a lawsuit.

            Yeah…. they would have done it years ago and not waited if or until he ran for POTUS. Having worked in the business/corporate world I know how these things are handled when they are false claims. This fit the pattern.

            Agreed ABIC, it was a hit piece and smear job all the way. Why didn’t the National Media attack Obama for his admitted cocaine and other drug use. They never even asked him about it. He got the liberal free pass like all the hypocrites do. Cain is a great American and can still have great influence in politics, much like Sarah Palin. I love them both very much. :)

            We lost a great candidate when we lost Herman Cain, as this exciting, articulate speech reminds us. I live in Atlanta and have followed Herman for years and don’t believe a word of these accusations. He was a serious threat to the power of all establishment politicians and they had to take him out. What a shame. I hate something like this will follow him around forever in the eyes of his skeptics.

          I was simply stating my opinion, based on experience dealing with these types of cases. You are entitled to your opinion if think the bimbos were legit, that’s fine, but I also have my opinion.

          Let’s face it politics is a dishonest and nasty battle. We see it every single day, with or without Mr. Cain in the race.

            Proof like phone records from the middle of the night that Cain himself has admitted to? I would be dubious too if it were only one woman, but that many? And enough so that you drop out of the presidential race? I’m convinced.

              Do you think he’d have really gotten in a race with so many skeletons in his closet, especially the type that could jeopardize a marriage? I dont.

              Just where are those accusers now? Seriously, where are they? Funny how not one of those women is still looking for her 15 minutes. Funny how they are all concentrated to one small point in his career. Funny how it all ties into the Chicago politics.

              As for Cain’s decision to drop from the race? If my family was subjected to that load of bovine, I would have to look out for my family’s safety as well. That’s right, safety. I know because I live in progressiveland. A state where the left is f-ing militant. A state where a bumper sticker will get your vehicle vandalized. Where a sign in your front yard will have you receiving threats. The national stage is even worse. I don’t blame Cain for putting his family first.

              Aren’t you the guy who’s in the tank for Obama anyway? Pretty sure I’ve seen you post that you think he’s done a fabulous job….

              If all the accusers had come out at the same time and had no opportunity to hear each other’s stories and learn from each other’s body language, then I would be suspicious of Cain. But they did not. Moreover, all his public accusers had troubled histories. [All his public accusers also had suspected Democrat ties or political orientation. All his public accusers had stories beginning in the same period when Cain was head of the Restaurant Association including the one alleging a 13-year affair.] To date, none of his public accusers have shown any evidence that contradicts material elements in Herman Cain’s story. Thus, I am suspicious of the accusers but not Herman Cain. Not that I even care about the issue.

              You can infer whatever you want from Cain dropping out but since the media has shown such low journalistic standards with Cain, I predict that if Newt Gingrinch wins the Republican nomination, now that the issue of “open marriage” has been broached in the media, any woman who has been alone with Newt for 5 minutes in the last 10 years could run to media claiming that Newt had inappropriate sexual contact with them while Newt was married to his latest wife Callista, and some voters will believe it without evidence.

              The texts were not in the middle of the night – they were from 5:30 am – 7 pm. 95% + of them were from HER. I don’t know about you, but I’m eating dinner @ 7pm and getting ready for my day @ 5am. I know you’re a Herman hater & I ‘m not going to argue with you, but get your dang accusations straight.

      It was such a breath of fresh air. Much needed after all the pollution that took place only moments before. Wish he would’ve gotten better coverage. He genuinely loves the people – did you see him taking questions afterwards? THIS is the epitome of a happy warrior. I miss him.

    “But, but, but, the tea party is RACIST! ” Actually, no. The LIBERALS are the racists, judging everyone by the color of their skin. But here’s the catch: every piece of garbage out of their mouths that they spew at conservatives can be turned around directly on them. Liberals use a tactic that most 3 year olds use, using name calling to get the other side on the offensive. All conservatives have to do is take what they say, “Racist, throwing granny off the cliff if we don’t raise the debt ceiling, Romney is a greedy rich man and needs to pay more,” and turn it directly back on them, because THEY are the racists, THEY are the ones that are taking billions from Medicare and installing socialized medicine which will lead to granny dying sooner, THEY are the ones who vote in tax cheats like Geitner, rich elites like John Kerry who didn’t pay anywhere near as much in taxes as Romney, or Obama, the Anointed ONE himself, (because liberals have no real God) who is part of the 1%, but only gave 1% in charity.     Perhaps it’s time for TEA Party and other real conservatives to finish this campaign PLATFORM FIRST.
    1. Set up a site, have a ‘come to Jesus meeting’ with each other, let people write in what is important to them, develop a list of absolutes/mandates into a platform; from that, write a solid unbreakable written contract.
    2. Call the viable candidates ‘on the carpet’ and give them a choice: A. Sign it and initial each of the mandates (notarize and publish it) or B. Drop out or lose the official TEA Party conservative endorsement.

    Perhaps this has already been done and I missed it.

      Yes, the Tea Party should coalesce around a specific unified agenda. Then we could send contributions to them instead of the Republican National Committee, which serves to perpetuate the current elites. Call it the TEA PARTY NATIONAL COMMITTEE. Being in Washington is corrupting and Congress does not want to circumscribe their power so we should get candidates on the record before elections supporting what “We the People” want before we can support or vote for them.

      One such reform that even the Republicans in the Congress do not want to touch that seems eminently commonsensical and would improve the culture in Washington is the “Read the Bill Act” that requires two main things — http://www.downsizedc.org/rtba-legislation :

Just because even Fox said that they didn’t care if he was innocent and they were done with him, that’s no reason to think it could remotely affect his campaign in a negative way, that coward. And the fact that Conservative bloggers even said they wouldn’t defend him because Mark Block accused their saint Rick Perry due to comments from people in his staff, that’s no reason at all to be disheartened…

      With the utmost respect i have for you;you supported him. But that is easy for us to say. You should try being a black conservative especially a candidate outside the status quo.The Dems and SOME Rep wanted him out. Maybe even a candidate or two.The GOP was dead silent and behind closed doors pressured him to get out.The other candidates threw him under the bus and maybe even one (or two)of them got that Ginger White story planted. Who stood up for him?

    This was MUCH better than that sniveling coward RINO’s [Mitch] “rebuttal”. This was a speech that was thoroughly critical of Obama’s rabble-rousing, “vote for me, and I’ll set you free” crap. He called a spade a spade, and made no bones about the fact that Obama was wrong on all counts. I say he should get back into the race, and not with another party.
