Herman Cain, the man of the hour, was asked about Rick Perry’s debate performance from the other night and Cain didn’t hold much back. He said that it wasn’t up to prime time, that his answers weren’t crisp and succinct and criticized him for not having even an outline of an economic growth plan ready when he was asked by Brett Baier.
