Cain managed to get that in at the very end of the segment and I completely agree. But much of what he and Cavuto talked about was the inordinate weight of the tax burden on the rich. Cain says we must replace this tax code with something that allows more people to get ‘skin in the game’. Then of course they talked about Trump.
