Ingraham goes after Bachmann over debt limit deal

It’s getting harder and harder to listen to Laura Ingraham these days. She had Michele Bachmann on her show today and went after her hard for her lack of support in voting to raise the debt ceiling. And while she tried to sound empathetic of Bachmann’s position, she sounded much more like a Majority Whip in the House doing the bidding of the leadership, trying hard to get a yes vote for Boehner. Of course Bachmann stood strong on her principles and enunciated her position quite well.

What got me was that Ingraham tried over and over to get Bachmann to blame Boehner and McConnell, to get her to say that the GOP leadership were causing great injury to the economy as if she personally wanted to politically harm Bachmann. That is something you would expect from a lefty but instead it was coming from someone who is supposedly on our side. Remember last week when she tried to put enmity between West and the Tea Party? I guess this week’s agenda is to try and put enmity between Bachmann and the leadership.

Seriously folks, who is Laura Ingraham working for?

I’ve cued up the audio to start at 5:27 where the interrogation begins.
