Investigator: Herman Cain innocent of sexual advances

Apparently very expensive lie detection software has rendered Herman Cain honest and innocent, but not so much for Sharon Bialek. And it’s 95% accurate according to the private investigator (via CBS Atlanta):

Private investigator TJ Ward said presidential hopeful Herman Cain was not lying at a news conference on Tuesday in Phoenix.

Cain denied making any sexual actions towards Sharon Bialek and vowed to take a polygraph test if necessary to prove his innocence.

Cain has not taken a polygraph but Ward said he does have software that does something better.

Ward said the $15,000 software can detect lies in people’s voices.

CBS Atlanta’s Mike Paluska played Cain’s speech for Ward into the software and watched as it analyzed Cain’s every word.

If he is hiding something this thing would have spiked way down here,” said Ward. “He is being truthful, totally truthful. He is a man with integrity and he talked directly about not knowing any incident he is accused of.”

The software analyzes the stress level and other factors in your voice. During the speech, when Cain denied the claims, the lie detector read “low risk.” According to Ward, that means Cain is telling the truth.

During the section of Bialek’s news conference where she says, “He suddenly reached over put his hand on my leg under my skirt and reached for my genitals he also grabbed my head brought it towards his crotch.”

During the analysis of that section the software said “high risk statement.” Ward said that means she is not telling the truth about what happened.

“I don’t think she is fabricating her meetings,” said Ward. But, she is fabricating what transpired.”

Ward said nearly 70 law enforcement agencies nationwide use the voice software, including the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office.

Ward said the technology is a scientific measure that law enforcement use as a tool to tell when someone is lying and that it has a 95 percent success rate.

After listening to Cain’s speech and analyzing it, Ward said there is no doubt, Cain is innocent.

“When he directly talks about the allegations against him there is no high risk,” said Ward. “It is low risk, which tells me he is being truthful in his conversations to the public.”

      Didn’t you hear what they said? This test is 95% accurate and the older type lie detector tests are only 50% accurate.
      I think it’s case closed. Besides, just standing next to the cockroach allred makes you suspect.

    i wish the media could just get past these allegations. It’s not as if we will come to find any actual proof one way or the other. In the end, you either believe Cain or you don’t. Personally, this whole ordeal hasn’t changed my views on Cain at all.

    I was impressed that Cain said he would take a polygraph if it came to that. Before that I had some doubts, but people who know they are lying simply don’t say they’ll take a polygraph test. This software analysis is just the icing on the cake for me.

    I stand with Cain! He will get through this and when he does, he’s going to go on a romp! Remember, Cain was surging when they (Axelrod?) decided to get involved to stop his momentum. Cain’s polling had him surging pass Romney into the 30s. For those familiar with the Hotair.com polling, Cain had just posted the highest level of any candidate or prospective candidate including Sarah Palin. Then they launch the smear campaign. Now, it’s slowly unraveling and even tonight it was evident for all to see that the voters were not buying the smear campaign, just as Cain had said.

    Anyone with a brain, who is objective knows that this is a smear campaign. There has not been any evidence of any of the allegations brought forward. Nothing. This whole campaign was meant to bring Cain’s numbers down. Well, it didn’t bring them down, but it did accomplish stopping his momentum. But I think with Perry’s fumble tonight, Cain can get it back. He still has to endure the lingering allegations, but already the people who are accusing him are coming under scrutiny. Let’s see if they are able to hold up under the microscope as well as Cain has in the face of this smear campaign.

    But as to Cain’s credibility, I loved his answer tongiht about his character and integrity. There maybe 4 or 5 people that may question it, but there are thousands that would testify to the opposite; of how upstanding an individual and leader Herman Cain is. I stand with Cain because he stands with We The People. Cain is able, Cain 2012!

    I believed Cain before this came out. He seems to be a man of character and integrity which is unfortunately a missed quality among most politicians. Since this came out, my views haven’t changed much except to add honest and trustworthy to the mix. If somehow he’s duping us (which I doubt) that would be between him and the Lord, but right now, I say go get ‘em, Herman!

I also think that when she went to that teaparty meeting and went up and hugged Cain that was part of the set-up. It is all so obvious.

    Glad to see this information making the rounds. I sincerely hope the analysis is correct. I have felt that Cain is lying about something – though not believing the accusers either. We’ll probably never know the truth. But the blonde bimbo is DEFINITELY lying about a few things. Her prepared statement is a joke.

      In Allred’s execrable preamble before Bailek’s read statement, Allred makes the disgusting comment about Cain’s so-called “idea of a stimulus package”. At this point you can see Bailek roll her eyes in amusement to the laughs of the media.

      Apparently it does. Law enforcement agencies across the country are using it. They wouldn’t use this system if it didn’t work, would they? It’s too expensive for a department to waste money on it if it doesn’t work.

      A lot of interesting work has come out of voice analysis. The particular software being referenced might actually BE crap, but there are clear indicators of vocal tightening in someone’s speech.

      As an audio engineer, I can hear these things without aid of machines. I don’t listen for lying, but I can hear all kinds of subtle things in audio, thanks to the time I’ve spent tweaking it into shape. So I can tell you there is something to the science, even if it isn’t well-honed, like say, fingerprint analysis.

          Even with aging ears and some tinnitus, I hear stuff nobody else notices. I bet you have the same ability. I’d give up my eyes before my ears, that’s for sure.

          (I don’t do if for money much, but I did mix and fix a lot of tunes over the years. I also ran a LOT of different PA rigs and played in a great cover band for the last 16 years.)

    I noticed a distinct lack of “tells” in Cain’s delivery. You can learn all about the types of giveaways from professor Don Vicenzo in True Love.

    Herman has said a lot of little things that make his case more believable. The kind of things most people who are lying tend to leave out.

    Either he’s innocent, or he’d seriously the best actor ever.

    If it turns out this woman was lying she should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law period. It really pisses me off when women who are caught red handed lying about sexual harrassment walk away with no repercussions. It’s disgusting. Law enforcement rarely, it seems, go after women who do this. If they were prosecuted then I am quite sure that they would think twice about intentionally ruining a person and their famalies life.

        It’s a “he says, she says” type of situation and can’t be proven one way or another. He did not handle it well at all when it was brought up. I think he is a touchy-feely kind of guy who probably doesn’t use good judgement. I’d also like to know why he left as CEO right after the complaints were filed. Was it voluntarily?

        Either way, there are still facts to know. And I don’t think he is presidential material yet. Why hasn’t he run for mayor or governor first? His first job in government should not be as the leader of the most powerful nation in the world, IMO.

        No. He’s being accused of crimes. A fundamental of our justice system is the right to confront an accuser. In this case, a machine is making a determination of guilt and innocence based on speech patterns, absent of any facts or evidence, and publishing that verdict to the nation.

      I don’t remember the PI saying how the equip was being used. He just said it was being used by law enforcement agencies – more than likely in investigations and not just on the accused but witnesses or any other person the police talked to about the case.

      Could be a good thing if the accused is innocent and a liar the police talked to is the guilty party.

      Isnt it a coincidence that ALL of these allegations were during the period of time Mr. Cain chaired the National Restaurant Association – based in CHICAGO???

      That Obama’s campaign mgr, David Axelrod, smeared not one, but TWO of BHO’s opponents – innocent of the charges, btw – when he ran for his one term as IL Senator? He’s got great experience on this. And that Axelrod was able to get one of his minions still in the association to open up Cain’s personnel records?

      C’mon, this is purely a “high tech lynching” attempt by the left. They have nothing else but the threat of allegations and innuendo to throw against Mr. Cain’s campaign.

      I am happy that most Americans have not let this broo-haha take them off-message to what the US needs to turn this country around.

      I want to HEAR the campaign platforms of ALL the candidates. Not just these stupid, X-Factoresque 30 -second soundbites we are being dished out.

      What about taping and asking all the Repub candidates with the same questions – uncut – and only air them AFTER everyone has been interviewed?

      And PLEASE dont use that bombastic, egotistical Bill O’Reilly do the interviewing. We’ll hear about 3 mins of the candidates, and 37 mins of Bill interrupting them… or Shawn, he takes everything to mean people are dissing him.

      We will not get the actual facts of the candidates in this current format; which plays right into the hands of the Democrats, who have Air force One and all the MSM to put his fascist rhetoric out there into our living rooms.

      Stress analysis software is [i]very[/i] good. If you haven’t heard of it, the only meaning is that you haven’t heard of it – in no way does your lack of knowledge negate its effectiveness. A polygraph lie detector is also a stress analysis device, but measures other stresses on the body, and dates to a time when the instrumentation necessary to do a proper job of analyzing stress from speech was simply not available. The instrumentation is now available at reasonable prices, and the software necessary to break the speech down and “notice” pattern differences is precise and reliable.

    four or five women allege sexual harrasement – I saw one short, back page story of the hundreds of his former employees who’ve come forward to vouch for Mr. Cain’s integrity and the women’s history of serial allegations against men.

    There’s these four or so women who state they had filed a lawsuit against Cain. All their stories I’ve heard so far are laughable in their low threshold of “offensive behavior”….

    What is sad is that the association [and ALL companies] are slammed with these false/nebulous allegations, and that, after looking at the costs of defending against these claims, these women are paid off with what is being called “nuisance” claims.

    This by no means Mr. Cain, or any CEO or company officer, was guilty.

    Its so terribly sad that a jovial, friendly man such as Mr. Cain gets his comments misconstrued by women who are looking for any chance to allege an affront for money.

    I doubt this even makes it onto the Fox News Channel. The problem is the national MSM still reaches the vast majority of Americans in some way or another. The alternative media will lose the message war.

    For instance, even while listening to the Sean Hannity Show, you will get your news updates during the break from the MSM on the radio. Unfortunately, Mr. Cain has already been savaged!

    I hope I am wrong because, whether or not I feel he is ready for president, nobody deserves to have their reputation destroyed by false allegations.

It is an open public record on Lexis-Nexxis….the firm was David Axelrod and Associates….and now she lives in the same building as Mr. Axelrod as well. Coincidence? Ha….that would be a REEAAL stretch.     On second thought: Did anyone hear the comments from former CBS reporter Bill Curtis? During a radio interview, he seemed to be very familiar with this woman and so were many other people.

    In fact, Curtis said that there was far more to Ms. Bialek and in fact, said that the roles “might BE REVERSED” on what really happened.

    What a stupid ass lie dude…There is so much evidence that Herman Cain violently sexually assaulted these women. There are 5 accusers all which were paid money and this happened in the 1990′s long before he was running for president. So this is obviously not a political and has nothing to do with the democrats, As a matter of fact Herman Cains accuser is a registered republican and has always been not only that but is a member of the tea party.
