He was elected because he lied the right lie to certain people, like any good “politician” does. There are alot people I know who voted for him because of race if you know what I mean, and they are ,uh, what's the word…dissatisfied is a nice way to put it.

This was President Clinton's great strategy to have personal stories that touched people's emotions. HOWEVER, he always had those people planted in the audience. Here, we just hear about 10 letters a night the president reads and absurd examples that have no value or relevancy to the problems with this bill. DISTRACTION? I think so.

His attitude towards the whole thing and the way he dodge EVERY question thrown at him with ACTUAL RELEVANCE was just PROOF that he flatout DIDN'T CARE. It wasn't his intention to BACK UP his policy. He just WANTS IT DONE.

Here is why you need insurance:
Lack of carrying proper insurance is common due to the costs of monthly premiums. However, our society has become a 2 class system of have and have-nots with regards to insurance. For those who cannot afford the monthly premium, they rely on the government and others to assist them when they need help. They do without certain privileges and run the risk of causing greater harm to themselves and their loved ones by deferring proper care and medication.

Have any of you actually been in an accident? You do, in fact, call your own insurance company if you've been in an accident. Even if it's clearly not your fault. Your own insurance company covers the cost of repairs… the cost of a rental car for when yours is in the shop… or anything like that. And after who's at fault is determined, you are reimbursed by the other guy's insurance company.
Obama has said a lot more dumb things than that guys. Try looking a bit harder.

Mr. President, they laughed at you because you were supposed to call the insurance of the person who hit you! If you buy liability insurance, it doesn’t cover you, it covers the other person if you cause an accident. If you didn’t cause the accident, which is almost 100% of the time in cases of being rear-ended, then it wasn’t your fault. However, if it was your fault, for whatever reason, then you would need collision insurance to fix your car.
Sheesh. How did this guy get elected?
