Have had the feeling from the beginning of this administration that he [hate to even use his name] would be impeached and leave in total disgrace, though he would always be held in only the highest regard by the dems. Obama, his entire administration and 99.9% of the dems have on a daily basis ignored, insulted and spit on our Constitution, the Constitution they took an oath to uphold, [which should also be impeachable] and have felt they are completely above the law, any and every law, and these are not their most egregious actions, as they have intentionally and in a unified effort done eveything possible to collapse this economy and bring America to it knees. Thank You, The Right Scoop, for having the guts to stick up for this country and the rule of law. Everyone needs to contact all of their congresspeople and demand action, Salazar,Holder, and Browner among others also need to be held accountable for a multitude of illegal actions. They are in deep trouble and they know it.

Alright,
Please name me… I dunno, 3 specific violations of the Constitution that have been committed by the Obama administration? And, not that I think that the healthcare law is in violation of the Constitution, but that was an act of Congress, so you couldn’t hold it against the administration.
3 things that they have done to violate the Constitution. Shouldn’t be hard if they’ve been spitting on it every day.

1) accepting Chairmanship of the UN Security Council (Article I, Section 9,)
2) not allowing the Secretary of Commerce and his department to conduct the census. (Article I, Section 2)
3) accepting the Nobel Peace Prize (Article I, Section 9,)
4) 9/11 first responders bill (Article 1.8)
not to mention all the workarounds where he uses regulatory agencies to enact laws that he could not pass in the way that the Constitution dictates.

Yeah, about Obamacare – that’s act of congress, not of the administration. You can’t impeach him for that.
AZ border is statistically more secure than it’s been in the past couple of decades and deportations have actually gone up under the Obama administration.

It’s definitely HIGH TIME this happened. Obie has demonstrated his contempt for law on numerous occasions since taking office; I’m sure there are many, many of those in the judiciary branch who can’t wait to get at him. In time I’m sure we’ll end of finding out that extensive criminal wrongdoing has taken place under this administration.

Although I agree, that he should not serve if he is going to dismiss the courts and try to go over the heads of lawmakers through his control of other regulatory agencies, impeachment is the wrong course of action for social reasons- I would advise that we wait this out.
Reason: The victim role is the role he plays best, and should he (which he will) win his impeachment proceedings, he would be granted more power with most Americans rallying to him as no one will want to have been a part of the “racist” movement to get him out of office.
Unfortunately, he’s untouchable because he’s like an unqualified AA hire that the company can’t fear for fear of litigation- He might think he’s the superest-bestest-most awesome world leader, but everyone around him knows he’s an idiot. Those that are the movers and shakers behind the scenes would love nothing more than an impeachment because it will play into huge civil unrest. Everything will be viewed through the race lens. Has it not been set up that way ever since his inauguration or before?
- Conservative Hippie
I think that is called acting cowardly.
- http://twitter.com/ozziecastillo Ozzie Castillo
I would call impeachment acting stupidly- It’s all subjective. What I do know is that the country as a whole is more important than 1 presidency.
With all the corruption around you would figure that there is some evidence of the corruption between the office and the unions/corporations/banks. Edit: I would feel comfortable proceeding if this type of evidence was available as only the fringe left would still be incensed.
If it works out anything like the Blago case did, then I would bet even with OJ caliber evidence, it will not work to impeach him because the media has been playing cover up since before his election and throughout. All it will do is divide things, no matter the outcome. If you thought the ‘Bush stole the election’ stuff was bad, just wait and see what happens when the country “unjustly” attempts to remove the first black POTUS from office.
- Conservative Hippie
I would call impeachment justice. This president and his administration are so corrupt I would throw an Issa supeona at every corrupt act I could get evidence on. One of them would have to stick.
- Anonymous
I would call having all of his legislation repealed and rebuked in such a way that to leave no doubt they he didn’t lead the American people but was dictatorial forever written in the history book the best justice of all. A historical lesson in how not to be a President. For a narcissist like Obama there’s no worse punishment.
For example Gore has yet to shut about not becoming President and there are many that believe him. Imagine what Obama would be like, he’d become a martyr. I’m not saying that’s actually correct but public perception and reality rarely meet.
- Marie
You have a good point. But what about the allegation of his obvious contempt for the Constitution and the Court? If the case made against him is made by Federal Judges, do you believe the outcome would be the same?
- http://twitter.com/ozziecastillo Ozzie Castillo
The country has been through other bad Presidents in the past- the case can be made about whether or not any other POTUS was as bad as BHO, but I would submit that if this country survived ‘imprisonment’ of its own citizens and other harsh injustices, it will survive BHO.

The law is not subjective, although there are many who view it that way. If it can be proved that he willfully violated the law (or laws) as one judge has already determined, then the legal groundwork has been laid for a successful impeachment.
Don’t confuse this effort with the left’s bleating about GW Bush for eight years over some imaginary “war crimes.” I believe that we have a genuine case, one that will take a while to gain some steam, but is very serious.
Believe me when I say I don’t take this lightly, nor do I take any enjoyment in it. It must be done in order to preserve the country and the principles it embodies.
- http://twitter.com/ozziecastillo Ozzie Castillo
Well, we are at odds about which would provide a better outcome for the country-
It would create chaos that may mirror foreign protests. It’s already going on in the streets- I will emphasise again, The left is already going nuts- if we remove their ‘messiah’ it will bolster their warped world view, and those that want violence will be able to manipulate the useful idiots into it, more than ever before.
But, like I said, we disagree on which is the better outcome- the best would be that neither would happen.

In the anti-impeachment column: Won’t this put Biden in charge?
In the pro-impeachment column: Biden will be Biden, and even the fawning MSM can’t cover for him. And unlike BO, he can’t duck behind the race card.
- http://twitter.com/ozziecastillo Ozzie Castillo
True- I doubt Biden is a hardcore leftist Bill Ayers/Mao/Alinsky admirer. He would be left, but has no internal anti-American motivations. Leaving him in there would leave the door open for Hilary though- I doubt anyone on our side will beat her.
- Conservative Hippie
Hilary would be a formidable opponent, but I disagree with you that we don’t have anyone on “our” side that could beat her.
- Anonymous
There I would disagree with you Hillary didn’t win her own party nomination. The world is crumbling around this administration. The hopes of looking as though she’d become more seasoned in world affairs is backfiring dramatically on her.
- http://twitter.com/ozziecastillo Ozzie Castillo
I believe Hilary will be a safe haven for disillusioned Democrats, left, but not overtly Socialist/Marxist.
On our side, the perceived (no thanks to the media) fringe candidates will push independents away a la Christine O’donnel- especially if that candidate is female. On the right, we do not want to settle on a candidate that is status quo Republican elite, so I see that we may have one forced on us by the GOP, but we will not settle and we will choose a more fringe (not by my perception, but that portrayed by the media to the uninformed independents). This will cause a push of independents towards Hilary where most will dismiss Obama as an outlier not consistent with Democrat views (media will help-ESPECIALLY if the candidate we pick is female because the leftist media has a misogynist way of treating right wing women “sell-out”, “Uncle Tom”, they are brutal as evidenced by MB and SP) and they too will see her [Hilary] as safe.
Sadly, the only way I think we would have a chance against Hilary, is with a male Rino candidate.
- Anonymous
I agree with your survey of the political landscape and some of the inherent pitfalls of biased perceptions. I would suggest one more that’s being forgotten though. There’s a good chance that Independents could split both parties R’s and D’s alike. The progressives have a very loud voice in the D party and it’s probably more splintered than the GOP with the Tea Party. Both parties could wind up with people splitting the base vote. You throw an Alan Grayson in the mix and the progressives will go nuts and they’re vicious. You’ll have Green Party, Independents, D and R/Tea Party all running. In that situation I think the Tea Party can come out on top.
When it comes time for debates Palin will be able to make some very weighty arguments about her positions. The opposition wont really have leg to stand on. Everything they promised would work didn’t. Everything they’ve promised has failed. There is a long laundry list of things. Health care prices going up for D’s will give them pause especially in an economy that’s flat lined. TSA, there’s a great argument for smaller government. Who likes having their privacy invaded. Losing Egypt yep that ones on the table now. Regardless of what ones opinion is on it it hangs on the D’s neck now. With a little guilt for our Secretary of State.
The game is ours to lose. Although this hypothetical is based on Obama being impeached first. I don’t think that’s going to happen which will leave Hillary out of the equation entirely………or will it?

Thing is, Biden was raised American with all that entails. BO was raised a Third World muslim with completely different sensibilities. That’s why we should never allow naturalized citizens to be president: If you didn’t grow up here, your most impressionable years were spent under another system, and that means that underneath it all, you have a different way of looking at life.

I’m with you Ozzie though admittedly my first reaction is impeachment.
We have to wage political battle in a way that brings swing/independent voters to our side because it’s the elections that count. Obama and his wife are both professional victims by trade. They’ve played that role their entire lives it’s their home turf and their game to lose. This is all they have left to fall back on as an assertive defensive strategy. We keep falling for this trap and it’s a game we can’t win because all roads lead to us losing because many Americans have been brainwashed with white guilt.
This is a two pronged situation if you take into account the very similar birth certificate situation. I would suggest that Governor Abercrombie intentionally brought up this wedge issue knowing full well there would be no resolution. For the most part this issue had died out. This administration needs controversy that will help them because all the decision they’ve made so far have pissed off the majority of Americans. They’re trying to reestablish a sense of victim-hood for our poor black minority president who’s been set upon by mean white racists. Chris Wallace got the ball rolling by scratching at the the scab for a little bit. So then conveniently Abercrombie jumps in to really pull the scab off. Then he pours a little lemon juice on the wound for good measure. We need to quite reacting to this pathetic bait they keep throwing out.

The house should refuse to pass the repeal of the 1099 reporting section of the health care bill. They should instead affirm that the entire bill has been ruled unconstitutional, and therefore this and all other sections are inoperative. That would really force the issue of lack of respect for the court.

Some interesting points to consider in this article.
http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/25496
From the article:
“Therefore, if you support Obama it means you want to revolutionize the US. But no democratic country knowingly elects leaders to debase their country, give away power, bankrupt the treasury, incorporate socialism, dissolve constitutional rights, cripple capitalism, and menace every citizen with reckless policies. That would be ridiculous and anti-American. Barack has done all these things. Therefore, he must be impeached.
Obama’s habit of casually blaming all problems on the sins of his predecessor recalls a quote by Joseph Conrad, “The belief in a supernatural source of evil is not necessary; men alone are quite capable of every wickedness.” Similarly, Barack has revealed enough willful stupidity, ignorance, and crafty sabotage to explain every lingering crisis in America; he no longer need invoke the Devil Bush. ”
As a Canadian, I have been watching the deterioration of the Obama Administration day by day and it sickens me to see what he has done to my dear neighbour, friend and ally.

Their Monster? Just who in the hell is he anyway. Nobody at Occidental College in California remembers him attending school their for two years. He says he went to Columbia University in New York City. Guess what…nobody remembers him there either. George Stephanopolus, not sure of spelling, graduated from Columbia in 1984. Zero said he graduated in 83. They were both Political Science Majors. Does George remember him there? Nope. He said so himself. You have to remember he supported Hillary in the beginning. Year book picture of Zero while at Columbia? Nope, can’t find one. He says in his book that he traveled to Pakistan in 81. That is in his book also. Names a guy that he met. The guy says it is true. How did he get there when the U.S. had a travel restriction for Pakistan at that time. HE COULD NOT GO THERE WITH A U.S. PASSPORT. Past U.S. Census Reports show only one Barack H. Obama in the U.S. But why does this one and only have a Social Security number that would only be issued for someone that is from the state of Conneticut.? That is from past U.S. Census Records. Also why are there 27 other social Security numbers attributed to one Barack H. Obama. Think all of this is made up? Go ahead and look it up for yourself. Just who in the Hell is this guy. Conspiracy Theory? NO! These are facts. Remember Oswald killed Kennedy…..until the real evidence surfaced. This is stuff you see in the MOVIES right? No. That is what makes this so hard to believe. Check out these facts. I found all of this on the web. All his records are sealed. No way of knowing about the Birth Certificate. His own wife mentioned Kenya as his home country. Again I ask you… Who in the Hell is this guy? Wake up People there is something shady going on. There is an old saying among Black People, “What goes on in the Dark is going to one day come out in the light”. I sure hope so. if it does not GOD help us. Now please go and do the research. And no 22227 this is not an argument to you but a reply. I believe as you do…He is a Monster. Thank YOU.

“And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil. For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed. But whoever does what is true comes to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that his works have been carried out in God.”

SNOPES EXPOSED
Snopes is heavily financed by George Soros, a big time supporter of Obama!
http://www.dailypaul.com/node/142482
“…. In our Search for the truth department, we find what I have suspected on many occasions. I went to Snopes to check this out and they said it was false and there were no such dockets so I ‘Googled’ the Supreme Court, typed in ‘Obama-Kagan,’ and guess what? Yep you got it. Snopes lied. Every one of those dockets is there. So here is what I wrote Snopes:
Referencing the article about Elena Kagan and Barack Obama dockets: The information you have posted stating that there were no such cases as claimed and the examples you gave are blatantly false. I went directly to the Supreme Court’s website, typed in Obama Kagan and immediately came up with all of the dockets that the article made reference to. I have long suspected that you really slant things but this was really shocking.*************
That being said, I’ll bet you didn’t know this.
Kagan was representing Obama in all the petitions to prove his citizenship. Now she may help rule on them. Folks, this is really ugly. Chicago Politics; and the beat goes on and on and on.
Once again the US Senate sold us out! Well, someone figured out why Obama nominated Elana Kagan for the Supreme Court. Pull up the Supreme Courts website, go to the docket and search for Obama. She was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural born citizenship. He owed her big time. All of the requests were denied of course.
They were never heard. It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn’t it? The American people mean nothing any longer. It’s all about payback time for those who compromised themselves to elect someone who really has no true right to even be there.
Here are some websites of the Supreme Court Docket:
You can look up some of these hearings and guess what?? Elana Kagan is the attorney representing Obama!!!

It seems this story is not what it appears.
This story originally broke from WND who have since backed away from the links they used to the Supreme Court. The original group action by “The Truth About Obama” concerned advertising Obama’s position on abortion. The other action by “Citizens United” regarding freedom of speech for individuals, corporations and “other organizations”. This was the the case Obama referenced in his first SOTU address publicly humiliating the SCOTUS.
Read it here… http://www.wnd.com/?pageId=187797
The internet is a great thing, but we have to dig a bit to find out if certain reports are true or not. This belongs in the NOT category.

Everyone needs to know about this article in our Constitution:
” and the Congress may by Law provide for the Case of Removal, Death, Resignation or Inability, both of the President and Vice President, declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected”
Article II, Section 1, Clause 6 of the Constitution states:
“ In Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, the Same shall devolve on the Vice President, and the Congress may by Law provide for the Case of Removal, Death, Resignation or Inability, both of the President and Vice President, declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected.
This needs to be talked about, I have tried to get the word out.

But Pelosi and others have made it clear we don’t abide by the Constitution! And we don’t! That is a big problem!
- Therakatz
If Obama is ineligible to be a constitutional President then all his administration appointees are ineligible and void and so is any laws he signed… if his eligibility is ever examined… then Biden would not be eligible either… but Boehner would be third in line for the job until the next election… I can live with that outcome…

Holler at Obama yes continue doing it. However how about Louisiana Democrat Party Senator Mary Landrieu? If you want to holler at her go for it and she needs to hear the people. Louisiana Republican Senator David Vitter is hollering all the time. What about the Texas Senators, the Senators from the State of Mississippi? Do you have any idea how many people work in this industry that are from all over the South and other parts of the nation? VERY MANY!!!!! Yes Zero should be thrown out. How the hell can you impeach someone who has never proved he has the right to hold the office. There is an old saying that says you don’t hide something unless you have something to hide. He has spent right at $2,000,000.00 keeping his Certificate of Live Birth (C.O.L.B.) hidden. WHY? Because there is not one. At least there is not one here in the U.S. Zero is all about destroying this country. Is it not plane to see? Wake up people. Somebody please wake up Sen. Dear Mary. Yeah I live in Louisiana and I worked my whole life in the Oilfield. And yeah I am pissed too.

I’ve learned a new way to express an extreme amount of anger, “I am fit to be tied today.”
I’d never heard this phrase before, God bless Google is their no question you can’t answer.
If I didn’t know any better I’d think Obama is trying everything in his power to foment a revolution here. In hopes of declaring martial law and becoming his own little version of Chavez.
- Anonymous
You have never heard “fit to be tied”??? Are you young?
Yes, Obama wants a revolution to call martial law. Personally, I am not so sure enough of our military would back him.

I don’t think our military would back it either.
I’ve asked quite a few people about that expression both younger and older than myself………low and behold it’s just me that hasn’t heard it.
What can I say, you learn something new everyday, today it was ‘fit to be tied.’ If that makes me young……then so be it

What if he does get impeached and decides to ignore it? That would just about wrap it up as far as he’s concerned, wouldn’t it?

I have had a bad feeling about this president from the very beginning…I know it sounds crazy but I really do believe this guy is either the anti- or he is ushering in the anti-christ. I’ll take Biden..or Hillary for that matter. While neither of them is what we want or need, I don’t feel they are “evil”. I think our president is EVIL.
- Anonymous
Biden is not evil, Hilary I question, perhaps wicked is a better word. Obama the anti-christ I can agree.

The country cannot withstand another two years of presidential ABUSE
- Anonymous
I think we can, we’ve survived decade after decade of bad Presidents and the more angry America is when the office of President changes hands the better. The more actual reform we’ll see because Americans of both political strips will have had enough.
Democrats, Independents and Republicans alike are feeling the pinch of health care reform. A majority of Americans have seen their health care cost go up and not down. This is in direct contradiction to everything promised them.
Gas prices going up, food prices going up, more friends out of work and more indignity suffered when trying to travel. Americans will be happy to see sweeping reform in another two years.
- B-Funk
I agree, Calln, but I hope we can turn back from this most radical of Presidents. I have my doubts, but a great deal of hope, too. I can’t help wondering what the future holds, though…
- Anonymous
There’s nothing quite like real life experience to shape people opinions. Independents and Democrats were promised the moon and all they got was a lousy T-shirt. They’re pocket books tell them things haven’t improved but gotten worse. Oh if they’d only had majorities things would have improved…..oh wait they did and things didn’t improve. Living life has become more difficult and government has become more intrusive everywhere you turn.
I think the single biggest thing we can do to turn around our society are school vouchers. That alone would change the make up of America. Privatize schools they truly couldn’t do worse than public education. Give Americans the opportunity to put their children into schools with the values they believe in. Education again becomes the focus and not petty politics like wearing a shirt that has the American flag on it. It would highlight real world education and not sports driven day dreams. I’d suggest that we could probably stop schooling around the 10th grade and the last two years you would learn a trade of some sort.

Calln: I admire your hope and constancy. My fear is that this ‘regime’ will slowly day-by-day paralyze us from any significant economic activity via Ex Orders, unfettered gov agency regulations, and mandates. I fear he will FREEZE us to the point we will not be able to defend ourselves. It is currently NOT business as usual. What think you?

Too bad it’s not like on TV, contempt of court = jail time.
The most frustrating and heinous thing about all of this is that NO ONE in DC is taking a stand and calling him on it. He and his cronies just keep getting away with all their crap.

Agreed, but Washington is not held accountable for what they do and they aren’t going to impeach him…he is black and that weighs more politically here than just about anything else…even though there is SOOOO much to hold him accountable for it just isn’t going to happen.
We are the ones that will pay the price for not holding Washington accountable to us and the Constitution…and we are paying that price.

I see a lot of new postings and videos on this website this morning (Hungary time), but I had to see this one first! There’s a movie – can’t remember the name, where a nun asks the boy something like, are you ready? Oh, they were shooting a film in the movie, I think. And the boy yells, “I’VE BEEN READY!” It applies here. IMPEACHMENT SHOULD HAVE BEEN STARTED MANY A MOON AGO!!
- DisturbingBehavior
Man, it sucks being late to the party, with over 90 comments on here already.
Even so, I was surprised no one mentioned Chuck Schumer’s “gaffe” on the 3 branches of government (Executive, House, and Senate).
I don’t know if you can even consider that a gaffe when Obama doesn’t even consider the Judicial Branch being a balance to his power. - Rich
Yea, well that seems to be the majority. Going over CNS new’s questioning of congressmen and women about where in the constitution they find the authority to mandate everyone buy health insurance and the answers are normally hilarious. Half of them just throw out phrases like “necessary and proper clause and the commerce clause” as if they are the same thing. Then, they normally don’t know which part of the consitution that is in. Finally, when asked about the 10th ammendment, they usually have no idea how to respond.
It’s truly pathetic that our elected officials no so little about the base document for the laws that they write. It’s SILLY to think that these people would actually care to follow said document when they honestly don’t know wtf is in it. The entire legislature is so intellectually lacking that it would seem the vast majority is extremely gaffe prone.
- Anonymous
The Schumer gaffe was nothing. Now, had he misspelled Potato, he’d be freakin’ TOAST with a buttery jam mix on top.
Not knowing the 3 branches of Gov? Unimportant when you’re a Senator who only occupies a tiny portion of one of those branches

Is the MSM a group of bad magicians or what? We notice every slight of hand, every attempt at illusion gone awry and the assistants can’t even get the durn rabbit back in the hat.

In all Dan Quayle never did misspell Potato. Potato or Potatoe is proper English spelling. The Dictionary says so. But the media is quick to jump on anything a conservative may say that they believe to be wrong. Why? They are liberals. BUT we all know that.

There’s allot of other cases BHO can be taken to task on…the most lawless bunch that have been in charge in this country for a long time. They could care less about what anyone wants or deserves–they are he ll bent on pushing their agenda at any cost. Actually this has been the attitude of the dems even before BHO.
- enufisaenuf
If the democrat party had any decency someone in that party would take a stand against the BHO crowd. They are running roughshod over the established rules and laws of the country and noone says a thing. I think it is a shame that an entire political party and the news media by and large has been corrupted by this bunch and noone seems to mind. The repubs that speak up and some have been are portrayed as right wing nut jobs who have no standing and should be disregarded. I’m afraid our last bastian of hope may be 5 supreme court judges. Very scary times.

Can they claim “squatter’s rights” to the White House then?
I’m pretty sure they’ll come up with some slick way of getting around these new allegations. (Just ask Willie) Clinton that is. - Anonymous
One thing to remember, Clinton was impeached but remained in office.
It’s becoming quite clear that last Novembers’ election meant nothing to Obama. The Make Believe Media would have us think that he’s moving to the center. If anything, he’s putting the pedal to the metal, to use his automotive analogy, in an attempt to take down our country and fundamentally transform America into a third world banana republic, with all the corruption and cronyism that goes along with it.
Obama has to go, and Biden along with him. It seems that Congress could covene a committee and demand that he answer to it for a long list of grievances on behalf of the American people. The question is, who has the fortitude to do it?
- http://golem2.blogspot.com/ Golem

While I would like nothing better than to see Obama, Holder and Co. frog-marched out of the Washington, D.C. city limits, I can’t see the weak-kneed GOP senators going through with it. They just did this little more than a decade ago, and they wimped out with Clinton. Obama is worse than Clinton, mind you (if that is possible), but the senators will only be concerned about re-election and back-slapping with their buddies in the Democrat Party.
What I’d like to know is whether there is anyone left in the Democrat Party that is actually a supporter of this country and its laws. Dissent is fine, but undermining this country is not, but that is exactly what the Dems are doing in many areas of policy. Getting rid of Obama might remove a problem, but there will simply be another Leftist nutcase waiting in the wings to try to do more damage to this country. What really needs to happen is that the Independent voters of this country must completely reject the Democrats for many years to come, and they must hold their noses and vote for Republicans. The GOP isn’t perfect, but they certainly aren’t an America-hating party.

Why can’t we get our own oil and natural gas out of the ground and give it to the American people? We should be building refineries right now and using our own resources to help us. Nothing is more important in this bad economy. I’m sure we are smart enough to protect our environment and use our oil and natural resources until renewable energy is available. I don’t get the electric car; won’t they need more coal burning plants to produce electricity? Let’s do it now!

The birth certificate from Keyna appears to me to be more creditable ( it has doctors names, foot prints, etc.) that the one from Hawaii ( which only indicates that is a living person). Also, Pelosi did not certify him as a candidate for president under the consitution of the US – wonder WHY NOT! BHO is sooooooooooooooooo questionable!

This bozo head no doubt needs to be impeached, if for nothing else because of his incompetence, but it would be a diversion from what we should be working for. And that is to get him voted out. The vote works.

Man, remember that time that George W. Bush’s attorney general was accused of several counts of perjury, or the time that his VP’s chief of staff was disbarred and convicted of a felony or the time he nominated Bernie Kerik – who’s now in jail – to be homeland security chief and you guys all called for his impeachment?
- Anonymous
Or when the NSA (part of the Executive Branch) went ahead and violated the constitution DIRECTLY with that whole warrantless wiretapping thing or the fact that he essentially invented a line-item veto for himself (signing statements!) which gave him extraconstitutional powers, the time that people in his administration ignored constitutional subpoenas…
I’m not saying necessarily that he should have been impeached, but if you guys want to call for O’s impeachment, you have to actually cite impeachable offenses – and, although you don’t HAVE to, it would also behoove you to explain why you weren’t crying foul for the 8 years before he got there.
- Mybad?
Oowwee! there are a lot of comments here.
TRS,
I suppose now you know where to hit the nerve that sends a tingle up our legs.
I am fit to be tied today. Hotair reported earlier today that the Obama administration has been held in contempt for disobeying a federal ruling that they must discontinue the oil drilling moratorium they had issued last year:
The Obama Administration acted in contempt by continuing its deepwater drilling moratorium after the policy was struck down, a New Orleans judge ruled.
Interior Department regulators acted with “determined disregard” by lifting and reinstituting a series of policy changes that restricted offshore drilling, following the worst offshore oil spill in U.S. history, U.S. District Judge, Martin Feldman of New Orleans ruled yesterday.
“Each step the government took following the court’s imposition of a preliminary injunction showcases its defiance,” Feldman said in the ruling.
“Such dismissive conduct, viewed in tandem with the re- imposition of a second blanket and substantively identical moratorium, and in light of the national importance of this case, provide this court with clear and convincing evidence of the government’s contempt,” Feldman said.
This topic of contempt has been discussed quite a bit lately in reference to the federal court’s ruling that ObamaCare was unconstitutional. As of yesterday Levin noted that no appeal had been filed to stay the motion of this declaratory judgment, and they’ve stated publicly that they intend to continue to implement ObamaCare. If nothing else this shows that they are either ignorant of the law or ready to disregard it. Given today’s ruling of contempt, one could make an argument that they intend to disregard it.
I try hard not to play fast and loose with certain language because I value my credibility as an honest blogger. But after finding out that the Obama administration willfully disregarded the federal court’s opinion, I must declare that this President be impeached. I know it isn’t likely but I dont know what else to do. It is unimaginable that a President would consider himself above the law so much so that he would hold nothing but contempt for the decision of a federal judge that declared he acted unconstitutionally. Yet he wants to use the same court to approve ObamaCare which has now also been ruled unconstitutional.
It’s the action of an authoritarian who swears an oath to uphold the law but then ignores it when it’s not convenient. It’s time to remove this authoritarian from office and put someone in his place that has respect for the law.
