The other day Obama joked, apparently three different times, about Romney putting Seamus the dog on the roof of his car back in the 80s. Meanwhlie Jay Carney is trying to argue that Obama only wants to have a serious policy debate, but Jake Tapper calls him on it:

UPDATE: With the rumor mill running on the fact that Biden could be replaced on the ticket, Carney is asked if Biden is still on the ticket and Carney’s answer, he takes a swipe at Sarah Palin:
