They did worse than not calling him out. They actively attacked anyone who told the truth about Kerry. They set the narrative that the Swiftie’s had no credibility because none of them had served on his boat. But then when a guy came along who validated Kerry’s version of the Silver Star incident they trumpeted him as the only credible witness because, since he wasn’t on Kerry’s boat he had a better perspective of the action.
Anyone remember Nightline sending reporters to Vietnam to interview villagers who would back up Kerry’s stories and then using that against John O’Neill?
People think the MSM’s bias was worst during the 2008 election. No it wasn’t. It just worked in 2008. They tried their damned best to make it work in 2004.

I know that many politicians and many of the “news” outlets today could care less about our Constitution- so it’s not surprising that Kerry would publically state his opinion on denying millions of their rights. Such is the way with power hungry, tyrannical ideals of communists. Most people are ignorant of their founding documents, and our government has taken huge advantages of this for decades.

No John, America was not facing a default. There are plenty of areas of “discretionary spending” that could’ve been cut without the risk of a default. The Cato Institute has identified over 600 BILLION DOLLARS in cuts that can be made right now that wouldn’t touch medicare, medicaid, social security, military pay, etc.. Sorry John, you don’t know what you’re talking about.

He knows that the Tea Party members of Congress were willing to raise the debt ceiling all along. They just wanted responsible fiscal policies included in the deal. But Kerry is a liar, a propagandist, and would never reveal the truth because it would undercut his real goal which is to demonize the Tea Party as irresponsible in an effort to push them into ‘fringe’ status. In other words, he wants to silence dissent. And for him to say this before a national TV audience is quite revealing of where this country currently stands.
