Thee ever creeping sharia compliance into our judicial system is becoming a bit scary.
- Sober_Thinking
Agreed.
- http://pulse.yahoo.com/_NXVHOJCQFWDDT3L5CX4DIHNOV4 Cathy
Sharia a bit scary…it’s dam- scary, here in the United States of America. This same creepy judge probably thinks that the people who died on 911 in America deserved it.
- drklassen
No scarier than the Christo-fascim of Santorum. I don’t want either of them.
- NJK
What do you mean by Christo-fascism? The country was founded by Christians. Thomas Jefferson put a Chapel in the Capital building to pray. When is Christianity used as an excuse in court?
- DinoIerardo
No, Not Ignorant …BARBARIC …impeach that worthless piece of human judicial excrement
- http://www.facebook.com/people/Jason-Leiby/509973073 Jason Leiby
He meant that comments regarding the fascist behavior of some of the more extremist-christians in the country.
In reply to NJK: Some of those who founded the U.S. were christians. Some were not. And the “christians” of that time would not recognize the form of worship which many americans practice today. And I doubt that you, or other modern day christians would regard their version of the religion as being acceptable.
Also, there are plenty of christian sects which do condone murder in order to serve their god. One of them was the Nazi party of Germany. The group which you seem to have no problem comparing the extremist muslims to.
- steprock
Christians will forgive your gross mischaracterization of them. Muslims will kill you. Can you see the difference?
Just because Santorum is a devout Christian, doesn’t mean he’s out to establish a Theocracy. And even if he was, it would be 1,000 times better than the Marxist we have now.
Christianity teaches forgiveness, helping the weaker, love and kindness, generosity to the poor, working for what you get, living a moral lifestyle.
Islam is a totalitarian way of life that teaches convert or die.
Can you see the difference?
- http://www.facebook.com/people/Dane-Mommd/100001475067439 Dane Mommd
I’m not a Christian, but I will observe that they do not cut off people’s hands nor do Christian schools have instructions in the kids text books on how to cut off an offender’s hand. I haven’t heard of a Christian murdering their own child or beheading a wife because they have become too secular…..soooo I’d be more afraid of Sharia law than Christians……
- GeorgiaPeachie
What kind of lame brain compares a Christian to what the mooslims do? Did you see any Christians attacking the “zombie priest”?
- http://www.facebook.com/people/Tom-Koch/100001395712339 Tom Koch
There no sense arguing with such an idiotic statement. Your foolishness is out there for all to see
- http://twitter.com/Professor_Why Professor Why
I don’t know if we can call it “creeping” any more, at least with this administration. The Obama administration’s already admitted Sharia law into the country with its actions!
They go around apologizing for the Koran being burned, yet their policy for the military is to burn donated Bibles in Afghanistan because that’s how they dispose of “trash” in the field… Also, their policy for Gitmo detainees receiving Korans require the dispensers of the text to wear gloves, use both hands so as to not offend the Muslims by using only their left hand, and treat the book as though it’s a precious & fragile work of art…
By their own actions, they’ve violated the 1st Amendment, setting Islam above all other religions. Time for this regime to be voted out.
- las1
Agreed! Creeping has now turned into marching.
- http://twitter.com/PoeAllen Allen Poe
Out by any means.
- denbren52
The judge should have recused himself. What a sham.
- warpmine
Appeal the judgement to the next level on those grounds and the 1st Amendment.
Obviously, this judge forgot the constitution and should be kicked off the bench. If muzzies cannot withstand insult then they haven’t any business being here in this country. We’ve seen this before from the left except they usually pass judgements about being able to withstand insult. They’re right, we should, we have not the right not to be insulted.
- capelady
Perhaps this is a perfect example of why Muslims should not be judges – if Islam is such a part of their identity that they cannot make an impartial ruling and uphold the Constitution – they violate their oath and should be deemed ineligible for that office.
- keyesforpres
Agreed. They should not be judges, they should not be in the gov’t, nor the military, nor nuclear facilities. Heck, I wouldn’t want one for a pilot either. I am getting concerned to, because I am seeing more and more of them running our gas stations. I am afraid they might blow a bunch of them up in the future.
Muslims are peaceful….until they’re not.
- http://www.facebook.com/people/Jason-Leiby/509973073 Jason Leiby
The problem isnt muslims, so to say, but individuals who insist upon making their religion the central driving force in their lives. There are plenty of muslims out there who do not believe in this form if islam, just as an overwhelming majority of the christians I have personally met do not allow their religion to control them in the way this awful judge allows his to control him.
His actions are deplorable, and based purely on his handling of this case, he should be removed from his office. But to say that muslims shouldnt be allowed certain offices or a position in the military simply because they wish to be recognized as muslims is just as asinine as stating that christians shouldnt be allowed those same things because there are certain christian groups who commit horrid acts in the name of their god, and the same as saying that atheists shouldnt be allowed those things because of the various absurd reasons many religious people spout.
P.S. inb4 use of “no true scotsman” fallacy.
- Nukeman60
So I can attack someone if my religious belief is strong enough? How about those people protesting outside the abortion clinics? Do they have the right, then, to ambush anybody coming out of the clinic?
Since when did the 9th circuit court move to PA?
- MiketheMarine
Great question. So, if that judge has offended my religious beliefs it is legal for me to physically attack him, according to him? Cool.
- warpmine
Absolutely, go beat the tar out of him. You have my blessing.
- Rshill7
Sounds more like the 7th century court to me.
- las1
Personally I think the 7th Century gets a bad rap.
Nothing… nobody… no one… no century adequately defines sharia other than desert Arabism of Mohammed’s Quraish tribe. And even they had a hard time dealing with their tribal “prophet” son.
- shawn S
Am I bad because I enjoy atheists and Muslims at odd?
- http://pulse.yahoo.com/_NXVHOJCQFWDDT3L5CX4DIHNOV4 Cathy
Obama only brings Jesus into the conversation when he wants to raise your taxes. Otherwise, if you’re Catholic and have certain strong beliefs about abortions and mandates, he blows you off.
- NCHokie02
And he’s wrong on that as well.
- drklassen
Santorum only brings Jesus into the conversation when he wants to control (secular) marriage, women’s wombs, and what consenting adults do in the bedroom. Otherwise, if your Christian and have certain strong beliefs about social justice, he blows you off.
- sDee
Weak argument but I guess if idiots fall for it, they deserve the resulting tyranny.
It is the leftists and statists who must control all of those issues you list by forcing all to fund, accommodate, subsidize and compromise for a few. The constitutionalists defend citizens’ rights to live without Central government control.
- 3seven77
I guess your official reason for posting on this site is to troll. Are you getting paid by Romney or by his lapdog Ron Paul?
- shawn S
Check under your bed….I’ll wait…………Now was Santorum or any church ladies under there? Nope
Now go look at a child (not too long pervert)………….That child has a right to live now and throughout its development.
Now go look at some gays nake, Im sure you have already so I wont wait. Their is no way they can make future children together, only straight people can. Because they can and do, each product of their union has the right to be supported by both parents. Marriage makes that legal responsiblity to that future child automatic, and saves society from having uncared for children, and deadbeat dad’s
- http://www.facebook.com/people/Jason-Leiby/509973073 Jason Leiby
Just so you know, married couples can abandon unwanted children in to the care of the state just as easily as unmarried couples/single parents. Also, marriage is not what secures the “care” of both parents for a child. Nor does it guarantee it.
Also, it is not legally required for people to be married in order to become parents.
And if straight marriage is so important that it needs to be protected by law, then why are the straight divorce rates in the U.S. hovering between 40% and 50%? (and that is for FIRST marriages. It increases considerably as the number of previous spouses becomes larger)Homosexual divorce rates are staggeringly low, compared to this. And tho, while homosexual marriage hasnt been legal in the U.S. (those states which allow it) for long enough to garner as reliable a statistical rate as it has for heterosexual marriage, the fact is that it seems that its the gays who take the whole thing more seriously.
p.s. I was arguing against your other posts before I got far enough in to see this one, Shawn S. But at this point I think its easier to just call you an idiot, and not bother to refute any of your other mad ravings.
- capelady
Social justice, as brought about by government, is not Christian. Jesus was concerned about the hearts of people and wants us to give from our hearts, not because of taxes and government mandates. Jesus approves when we care for the poor through personal giving, charitable organizations, and churches because of our desire to give. Jesus differentiated between giving to “Caesar” (government) and giving to God. Government taking money and laundering it through corrupt government agencies in order to benefit somebody else was never a part of God’s plan and it is bankrupting this great country. It also traps the poor in poverty rather than giving them an opportunity to better their lives. I would be a lot more impressed with the very wealthy Americans who talk about social justice and want taxes raised if they would just give more themselves. They could even write big checks to the US Treasury if they wanted to… there has been a vehicle in place to do that for a very long time! I find it interesting that they are only willing to pay more if there is a law forcing everyone else to pay more too! Social justice delivered politically is not a Christian concept!
- NJK
Jesus is just another prop for the Muslim infiltrator, Obama.
- steprock
Look at Rev. Wright and Black Liberation Theology. It’s all racist politics under the false guise of Christianity.
As a Christian, I’ll do what “good devout Muslims” aren’t doing: I’m calling this sham of a theology out for what it is. It’s politics and racism. It is not Christianity, not by a long shot.
- capelady
Obama is a Marxist and therefore an atheist. He reverences Islam because of his childhood in Indonesia, and he uses Christianity for political expediency.
- keyesforpres
Muslims are athiests too.

- http://www.facebook.com/people/Jason-Leiby/509973073 Jason Leiby
Im curious why you seem to think that marxism drives atheism. It seems that you have a very poor understanding of civics and history.
- capelady
I do not believe that all atheists are Marxists, but Marxism as defined by Marx and Lenin requires the abolition of all religion and therefore Marxists are necessarily atheists.
- Susanna958
I thought the same thing.

- sDee
Oh the atheists and secular champions notice. They rationalize their hypocrisy by making muslims a disaffected minority. This gives them power, but the truth is they are simply cowards and useful idiots.
- http://www.facebook.com/people/Jason-Leiby/509973073 Jason Leiby
This statement is untrue of any atheist I have met personally. I addressed this issue in a different post, but it basically comes down to arguing against that which most directly influences our lives. Until recently, islam has been an incredibly minor influence. That time is quickly ending.
Also: be careful who you call an idiot, unless you want your own extreme ignorance of basic concepts to be called out publicly, you dolt.
- http://www.facebook.com/people/Jason-Leiby/509973073 Jason Leiby
I, as an atheist, do not support President Obama, and will be voting against him in the upcoming election. Unless Santorum is the candidate, in which case I will just cry myself to sleep for the next 4 years, and hope that our country survives.
However, since I live in TN, my vote hardly matters. This state has been pure-red for as long as I can remember.
Also: of course Obama claims christianity. Its the only way to get elected in this country. He seems to me like an overly relativistic atheist with an extreme left wing bias.
- Sober_Thinking
No one wins in a situation like this. Idiototic Aetheists. Sharia-inspired criminal Muslim. Liberal and biased judge.
The alarming aspect to this is that it’s yet another example of where Muslims are getting a pass for bad or sometimes criminal behavior in America. Granted, there are freedoms here, etc. but too often, judges are ruling in favor of these boobs. And the precedent is being set…
- sDee
It is indeed about precedent and, to send a message to anyone who mocks islam.
Does anyone think it was a mere coincidence that the case ended up on the docket of an islamic sympathizer? This subversion runs very very deep in our judicial system.
- Sober_Thinking
You made a great point.
Some day, the truth will be known.
- steprock
When our heads are on the block before radical Muslims or before?
There are radical Muslims and there are non-devout Muslims. When they get enough numbers and a strong enough foothold, they will all turn radical: that is Muhammad’s own history right there. That’s why you find peaceful verses in the Koran and violent ones at a later time. Am I wrong?
(I may be out of turn and getting fired up for no good reason, but I’m afraid my paranoid thinking is right on the money. Maybe it’s being in a culture of political correctness and tolerance that makes me second-guess?)
- PAWatcher
This needs to go to a higher court- bias is blatant in all this judge has said. And to cite all Americans as “ugly Americans” “don’t care for other peoples rights” is outright biogtry and un-American. Time for him to go back to another country and interpret their laws, using sharia- he is not doing his job here for our Constitutional rights.
- http://twitter.com/hilldw11 David
It should not even have to go to a higher court. This judge should be stripped of his robes and thrown out. Everybody read the federalist papers. Madison clearly writes that the Judiciary is the weakest of the three branches. If it is not, as we see in this case, then we lose our rights. Newt has written a great article about this problem here… http://www.scribd.com/doc/70010550/Newt-Gingrich-Bringing-the-courts-back-under-the-Constitution

It’s a criminal case. It can’t be appealed.

This judge should be removed from the bench and smeared with bacon fat.

- 4Hoppes2
I don’t know what difference it makes whether the victim was an atheist or not. The judge is a prime example of a coward. Constitution be darned with these weak kneed yellow bellied dastards.
- Patriot077
Right you are. Atheist or Christian, the victim has not received his day in court subject to American rule of law. This cannot be allowed to stand and this judge must be removed from the bench.
- http://www.facebook.com/people/Jason-Leiby/509973073 Jason Leiby
You say “Atheist or Christian” as though that matters. I understand your point, but the fact of the matter is that the constitution covers any person in the U.S. The fact that this case even mentions religion is absolutely ridiculous. This is a clear cut case of battery (and apparently attempted murder), and should have been handled as such.
- Patriot077
I think we are merely using different words to say the same thing: the victim did not receive his day in court subject to American rule of law – which is of course, underpinned by the Constitution.
- Nukeman60
This is another example of another Muslim getting into a position of power, then ignoring completely the Constitution and imposing his own Sharia. They say, when they take the oath, that they won’t do it, but time after time we see they lied.
- http://no-apologies-round2.blogspot.com/ AmericanborninCanada
Taqiya- the rule muslims like best.
- Nukeman60
In other news, January 15th, 2013: After President Obama, during a recess of Congress, quickly appoints 2 new liberal justices to the SCOTUS, raising the bench to 11, they declare in a 6-5 vote that there will be a 28th amendment: Establishes the official rule of law as Sharia. Congress will return from recess on the 17th, only to find the doors locked.
People, don’t let this happen. ‘Remember, remember, the 6th of November.’
- unclesamnephew
be sure to tell your liberal friends, that they get to vote on nov 7th. this is the advise i have been given by my favorite laywer Mark R. Levin
- Nukeman60
Good advise

- steprock
DING DING DING!!
I worry that too many Americans don’t understand Islam. It’s not a religion only: it’s a totalitarian lifestyle that is controlled by an overriding religious backbone. Also, your American ideals of religious values do not apply.
Lying is OK. There are no 10 Commandments.
Subjugation of women is OK.
Violence toward non-Muslims is encouraged.
Access into heaven is not guaranteed, except to martyrs.
Taquiyya. Look it up.
Allah is not consistent (same yesterday today and forever)
Protection of children is not there (Muhammad “married” a child of 6)
I better stop now. My blood pressure is going up.
I won’t stop: it’s an invasive religion that won’t tolerate others to exist.
There is no peaceful coexistence with Islam. Christians will, they won’t.
Convert or die. That’s the bottom line.
It’s the topsy-turvy opposite of Christianity. Like Bizarro to Superman.
I’ll stop now. - http://www.facebook.com/kingofthehokies Jim Land
You can’t make this stuff up. Regardless of how wrong the atheist is about theology he absolutely has the right to do what he did without being physically attacked.
Edit: Well done by the police officer.
- http://no-apologies-round2.blogspot.com/ AmericanborninCanada
OK then. At least the judge admits “Islam is not just a religion, it’s their culture, their culture. It’s their very essence their very being.” Islam is antithetical to the Constitution, as is sharia law, which is past creeping into the US. Note how this judge says this kind of act could be punishable by death in a Muslim country. Gee, that’s tolerance and peace. People mock Christ on a daily basis, and while most Christians get angry depending on the severity of the act, most Christians pray for those who mock Him, yet it’s still Christians who are called things such as bigots and taliban.
The progressives and ignorant left is allowing this, not realizing their heads will roll with the rest of ours when Islam takes over- unless us sane and knowlegable ones stop it from happening that is. - 3seven77
“…unless us sane and knowlegable ones stop it from happening that is.”
Unless us sane and knowledgable and ARMED ones stop it from happening that is.
I need to buy a gun.

And I was afraid my post above went too far.
I’m with you, ducky.
- Amy
This judge is a moron – and if he is a Muslim then this is just proof that perhaps those of Muslim faith should be scrutinized thoroughly before being elected or appointed to the bench. Which governor was it that appointed a Muslim as a judge and had no problem with it? Oh yeah, that was Chris Christie. Ann Coulter’s dream president and the guy stumping for Romney…
- Rshill7
It’s called violating one’s oath of office.
- Amy
Seems to be a lot of that going on lately….
- stevenbiot
So, the Judge is sympathizer, not a Constitutionalist? Really? I thought all judges were impartial. I hate being wrong on Thursdays.
- Rshill7
I guess if an “ugly american” then wanted to assault and batter this Judge he would have to dismiss that too in order to demonstrate consistency.
Right???
- M_J_S
Next time, carry a gun and shoot the Muslim bastard, just as you would ANY ATTACKER
- stevenbiot
God, I like your style!!
- stevenbiot
I wonder if the attacker would have been angry if Mohammad was walking around with a 9 year old bride? Because that is historically accurate.
- 4Hoppes2
But it is their culture, and mutilating the girl would also be okay.
- http://no-apologies-round2.blogspot.com/ AmericanborninCanada
I thougth she was 6. He just didn’t “consumate” until she was 9. Am I wrong on a Thursday now too?!
- stevenbiot
No, I think I’m wrong. Six sounds so much worse. Let’s stick with that. Haha!
- steprock
That’s what I thought as well.
- Nukeman60
By Sharia law, shouldn’t this Muslim be put to death by stoning because he was watching an atheist parade? What’s he doing there, anyway?
- Rshill7
Yeah, and how did he know this guy was Muhammed? Was he wearing a sandwich sign or something? He could’ve been any old turbanite couldn’t he?
“God” grief, cut the Muhammed impersonator some slack!
The Muslim was obviously upset because he knows darn well Muhammed is dead.
- 3seven77
You’re right! Halloween has to do with evil spirits, zombies, witches, warlocks, etc. I thought that islam fobids messing with that stuff. Didn’t they just burn a woman for being a “witch” in islamo-nazi land??
- JoelDick
This is justice?
- Amy
Not only that, but he sanctioned a violent physical attack against this man.
So… it’s okay if I am offended by the ‘art’ displays of a crucifix in urine and I assault the artist? I’m betting not…
- JoelDick
No silly. Christianity is fair game to be mocked, but don’t dare insult Islam. Don’t you know, Christians perpetrated the crusades; Islam is the religion of peace? Are you so bigoted to think that Muslims are in any way responsible for the violence in Egypt, Syria, Afghanistan, Iran, Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Yemen, Iraq, Maldives, Lebanon, Bahrain, Gaza, Libya, not to mention Britain, Australia, Belgium, USA, Denmark, Spain… Are you judging an entire group by maybe a handful of extremists?
- http://no-apologies-round2.blogspot.com/ AmericanborninCanada
You forgot Chechnya and the Philippines, Indonesia and Turkey.
- JoelDick
I could simply go down the list of countries with a significant Muslim populations (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_Muslim_population), and that would include many European countries too. Think of the UK, Spain, Denmark, France, and Belgium, (not to mention Australia) which each had their share of problems with their Muslim populations, and they appear way down on that list, with less than 5-10% of their population being Muslim. Open any international newspaper, and virtually every single story of violence and unrest from throughout the world will involve the Muslim ideology as a motivating factor. But or course, Islam is the religion of peace, and we dare not judge all Muslims based on a handful of extremists. When will be wake up? When the noose is around our necks? Or maybe we’ll just all submit and it won’t even come to that. I sure hope not.
- http://twitter.com/PoeAllen Allen Poe
And, Burma, Viet Nam, Korea, and Laos, , ,and the beat goes on.
- sDee
I am thinking he is using the same ole argument that free speech does not cover falsely yelling fire in a crowded theater. People will stampede out of their innate instinct to survive.
So… you see the judge is merely extrapolating that yelling out “muhammed was a sausage packing pedophile”, within earshot of a muhammadan is triggering their innate instinct to annihilate non-muhammdans.
- las1
when we go to other countries it’s not uncommon for people to refer to us as ugly Americans this is why we are referred to as ugly Americans, because we are so concerned about our own rights we don’t care about other people’s rights as long as we get our say but we don’t care about the other people’s say”
This is the poisoned fruit of “critical theory” of Cultural Marxism. Here we have an American Marxist trained judge spewing his Marxist rhetoric in an American courtroom. I wish we could say this is an aberation… but it is not. He’s taken Obama’s lead in apologizing and spewing anti-American clap trap.
This decision must be appealed.
P.S. You’ll definitely see this on the MSM nightly news. NOT!
- http://onthemark1.blogspot.com/ On The Mark
Mockery is protected under the law. Judges deciding cases in contradiction to the law, like this stealth jihadist, must be impeached.
- KenInMontana
File a civil rights suit against the judge and drag his muzzie loving backside into Federal Court.
- Susanna958
Apparently it is a crime to insult Muhamad in the US. And what a peaceful religion.
- TPDanbo
Damn gutless cowardly, judges and politicians will be enforcing Sharia law next !
- tvlgds
That’s the plan!
- sDee
This goes beyond gutless. Just as progressives, liberals, marxists, and various social/sexual deviants have been methodically assembling in all levels of judicial offices and appointments, so now are the jihadists.
Where they cannot change the law – they will punish, intimidate and bankrupt us through judicial activism.
- NCHokie02
I think the first time I actually side with an aethist. The judge keeps saying “their countries, their culture, their religion”…guess what bud this is America. You do not have a right to not be offended! Assault is against the law. The attacker violated the defendants right to “life” in so much as he could have been beaten to death and it wouldn’t have been surprising the way Muslims handle those things. You have to defend the constitution of THE UNITED STATES! Not some Islamic nation. Other countries laws and cultures have nothing to do with our laws. If you like their laws so much move to the middle east and become a judge there! He should be disbarred.
- http://no-apologies-round2.blogspot.com/ AmericanborninCanada
Amen and well said!
- Coralchristie
This judge needs to be dismissed!
- Szary1
What happened to Congressional oversight over these out of control wacko’s on the bench??
- tvlgds
This judge needs to be kicked off the bench. OUR laws apply in OUR country. I bet he’d rule in favor of those involved in “honor” killings.
- SineWaveII
Are you liberals happy yet?
- sDee
Happy like pigs in shite
The muhammadans however, will have the last laugh
- Szary1
No SWII, they won’t be happy until we are under sharia law and have lost all of the rights that we as Americans once held dear! Then my friend, unfortunately it shall be too late for them and us!
- http://pulse.yahoo.com/_N46ZL7CSVSVGERR2OWYEKBB5FQ james121
The magistrate’s comments would condone calling believers of Islam “Ugly Muslims” when they are within the U.S. as evidenced by his comments to the court.
While lecturing about Americans traveling abroad, he said, “…it’s not uncommon for people to refer to us as ugly Americans this is why we are referred to as ugly Americans, because we are so concerned about our own rights we don’t care about other people’s rights as long as we get our say but we don’t care about the other people’s say”.
You cannot deny that this magistrate follows Sharia law more closely than the laws he should be adjudicating. We will have an opportunity to stop the insanity this November.
- unclesamnephew
i believe it will be the last peaceful opportunity.

- http://pulse.yahoo.com/_N46ZL7CSVSVGERR2OWYEKBB5FQ james121
unclesamnephew: I too think it may be the last peaceful opportunity for change, but the consequences concern me.
If Obama loses, there may be Watts type riots in most urban areas throughout the country. I expect the level of protection for rioters and looters to be met with the same “tolerance” shown to the Occupiers.
Until the 2008 election cycle, I didn’t know who Barack Obama was. Those were the days!
- Alborn
This atheist needs to contact the Wisconsin Freedom From Religion group and see if they will help him appeal this judges ruling. Then he would know if he has the backing of the atheist group against all religions or if they are just opposed to Christians. This ruling is a disgrace and supports the need for laws in our states to prevent judges from using sharia in their rulings regarding muslims. This has to be stopped now.
- WI4Walker
First time I would support Anne Gaylor and company. But I’m not sure they are against Freedom from Religion as much as they want Freedom from Christianity, so not sure they would get involved. It would be interesting though.
- WordsFailMe
Wonder how the ruling would have gone if a Catholic had attacked the zombie Pope? There was a time when a “Zombie Pope” would have been drawn and quartered.
Oh that’s right, Christians no longer defend their faith. Just ask Christians in Syria, Nigeria, Egypt, Indonesia, Washington DC…
- http://black-avenger-1.livejournal.com/profile VirusX
I don’t know about catholics, but I’ve never seen any justification for defending faith through unjustified violence. I have seen that catholics are more apt to indulge in it, but I have just as little good to say about their practices, as I do those of islam. There is no justification. Jesus, Himself, tolerated physical attacks, yet struck no one down, because that wasn’t the purpose of His visit. People, today, are justified in striking others down, but only in defense of self, others, nation, lives, etc. Not just because you don’t like what someone has to say about what you believe. I believe the Founding Fathers were divinely inspired when they made the Constitution, and just as much so, when they included the First Amendment. You can’t emulate the actions of the enemy, and still be called friend.
- KenInMontana
There was a time when a “Zombie Pope” would have been drawn and quartered.
Yeah we kind of lost our edge after the French King and the Avignon Pope betrayed the Poor Fellow Soldiers of Christ.
- http://black-avenger-1.livejournal.com/profile VirusX
I disagree. While I don’t get into catholicism, I believe that a lot of the reason that Christians aren’t fighting back is all due to personal issues: fear. Muslims tend to be people that are unafraid of violence and destruction; and some of them even seem to thrive on it. Christians and Jews don’t tend to be those people. Too many of them, all while claiming to be Bible believers, pray for world peace. A wasted prayer, because any reputable edition of the Bible says that’s just not going to happen. It also says that they will be persecuted, mistreated and that in the end, people will murder them, and think they’re doing the world a favor. They tend to take “the meek shall inherit the Earth” much too far, and spiritualize far too many things, thinking God will take care of everything. God came to Earth with 2 hands, 2 feet and one head, just like us, because they were useful in getting things done. We have those same tools, and God gave us both rights and responsibilities, including the right to existence, and the responsibility to stand up for ourselves and others. Personal cowardice, possibly due to cultural influences, are responsible for things like this:
…as well as some people being too afraid to say anything about it.
- KenInMontana
You’re essentially “preaching to the choir” here, I am Catholic and an “old” Marine. No fear of violence and destruction here of that I can assure you, hell, if I thought it would do any good I would petition the Holy See itself to reconstitute the Military Orders and I would be first in line, even if it meant fighting to get there.
- http://black-avenger-1.livejournal.com/profile VirusX
Its the “nice guy finishes last syndrome”. Christians mistakenly believe that you have to be a mild mannered, shy, retiring doormat to be a “good Christian”; some even believe it “un-Christian” to study martial arts, and mine is one that is especially criticized, for it’s martial philosophy. In the Old Testament, the Mighty Men of [King] Dave killed so many Philistines and the like (all the antecedents of today’s Middle Eastern troublemakers, with the Philistines being of Greek descent, migrated to the Middle East and intermingled with the barbarians), they didn’t bother even keeping count. They killed — not murdered — and their standing in Heaven was no less than anyone elses’, because they were taking life and fighting for their cause with Godly motivations. Too many people are just too frightened at the thought of getting into scuffles, even when the odds are even or in their favor (like here). Reading at Weasel Zippers,
…the muslim even said his 9 year old son was there, so he committed a crime as an example of how his son should behave, basically, when confronted by an uppity infidel. The Christian response to this is absolutely unacceptable. The Christian and catholic anti-defamation leagues should be disbanded, and everyone fired, because until they’re willing to be down & dirty like CAIR, they’re useless. They [muslims] have turned what could’ve been intelligent discourse on theology into a street fight, and from the Army and Marine Corps training I took, the definition of a fair fight is when you look like you’re going to take a swing, I shoot you in the belly. Then, when you fall, I shoot you in the head and start stomping until the head loses it’s shape. This is why I like Sun Tzu. His philosophies of warfare don’t just extend to using swords, knives and assault rifles, but also extends into personal conflicts, and conflicts of virtually any kind.
“It is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you will not be imperiled in a hundred battles; if you do not know your enemies but do know yourself, you will win one and lose one; if you do not know your enemies nor yourself, you will be imperiled in every single battle.”
Christians don’t know the enemy, or won’t acknowledge. All we hear is, at most, crap about Satan. So what? Satan isn’t suing me in court, or trying to take my rights away, or marching outside my apartment carrying signs saying they’re going to take over my country. In the case of fighting these powers & principalities, sometimes we do have to confront their flesh and blood agents. Christians don’t know themselves. They believe they have to be shrinking violets to be good stewards of Christ, and don’t realize that the term Christian Soldier has literal significance and meaning. Knowing neither themselves, nor the enemy, guarantees they “…will be imperiled in every single battle.” I think its time we stand up and go [back] to the old, tried and true method of one hand around the enemy’s neck, one hand grasping the enemy’s wrist while forcing their hand down the running garbage disposal method of fighting. Islam will acknowledge no other means of dealing with them. I’m not saying take to the streets and attack them for nothing, but I am saying that if they attack with a fist, fight back with a 2×4 with nails in it. If they attack in court, and you’re an attorney, jump in guns blazing, and strike the word “prisoner” from your dictionary.

Judge:
I couldn’t give two sh*ts about your experience with muslim countries, cultures or religion. This is the United States, and the president I’m sure you support has already said this is a multicultural nation, and not dominated by any single religion. Maybe you just heard that it wasn’t a Christian nation, and decided to think you could fill in the ‘void’ with islam. Not going to happen. I look down on most atheists, as the majority that I’ve met are just like you: bigots. However, unlike you, I consider what this person did to have been protected Free Speech, guaranteed by the document most muslims seem to despise, called the Constitution of the United States, Amendment 1. Furthermore, atheism has been turned into a faith-based system of beliefs, in and of itself, and therefore his antics are also protected as freedom to practice his ‘religion’, as covered in that same document, same amendment.
Muslims are going to have to learn a hard lesson: they [which may include you] are no one, and nothing special. Your feelings aren’t particularly important to anyone but yourselves, and no one else cares about your theo-politics. If they did, they would have converted. Your entire legal justification for your illogical, unjust ruling seems to stem from your belief that we should recognize muslims’ feelings, and how deeply they hold their theo-politics, or place reverence in a material object [a book], like the one you made sure the court knew you had on your desk. You point out that this would be considered an act against islam in other countries. So damned what? This isn’t one of those Third World countries you seem to revere, and we do not practice a system of jurisprudence that is anywhere near what they practice there, and laughably call “law”. This country is based on everyone being equal. The very God that people like you hope to push out of the public square through legislation instructed Abraham Lincoln to say these very words:
“Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent a new nation, conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.”
The theo-political system you so wrongfully championed in an American court of law discourages freedom and liberty, and therefore not only has no place in America, but has even less place being cited as justification in an American court of law and justice.
Organizations that I’m sure you support like CAIR constantly, through threat of litigation [or worse], work to force people to accept them, even as they say they will never accept anyone else.
http://www.wnd.com/2007/11/44480/
The very book you thump stands in complete, stark and total opposition not only to the Unites States’ basic principals, but it’s national Constitution and in opposition to anyone else being able to have liberty. It stands in opposition to the freedom and existence of anyone professing to be a Christian, catholic, Jew or atheist, and you bring shame upon your bench, state and nation in utilizing it, and your own personal beliefs, to justify a criminal act perpetrated upon someone for expressing their Freedom of Speech. In his country, many courts create what is called “precedent”. You have created bad precedent. It is acts like this that cause public opinion to be so sharply turned against your choice of theo-political belief systems, and it’s adherents. In all honesty, the only thing that book on your bench is is justification for your impeachment and for the filing of a lawsuit against you.

This can not stand. This Judge has to be removed and the people must speak.

Deport him.

Sharia is not the law of the land. The First Amendment IS. This dude needs to appeal this decision to a different judge and maybe help get this judge dismissed from the bench.
Islam is no religion, it is a cult. - NJK
This judge is only to use the Constitution and the laws of his state in court. He has no business using anything else, and he should be removed. Newt Gingrich is very tough on these radical judges. They have no place in our Constitutional system. The people who’s job it is to remove these types, need to be removed themselves, for not doing their job.
- 3seven77
The story clearly shows that there was a “zombie Pope” marching right next to the “zombie mohammed”. Nobody in the crowd (and I’ll bet there were more than a few Christians) was so offended that they ran up and tried to choke the “Pope”.
This is exactly what Newt is talking about when he says that judges need to be reviewed to see if their judgements are in line with the Constitution. If this judge had made his decision according to the laws of America and not according to his own religious bias, this case would have been decided in favor of the plaintiff.
The only official who acted correctly in this case was the policeman. This judge needs to be replaced. Does anyone know what the process is in Pennsylvania for ousting bad judges?

More biased perversion on the bench; the judge should be recalled.

Sometime ago, a group of New York atheists demanded the city to remove a street sign “Seven in Heaven Way” honoring seven firefighters killed in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks because they said the sign violates the separation of church and state. They even launched a lawsuit against the city.
While separation of church and state is nowhere to be found in the Constitution, this atheist found one insidious law governing his state: Sharia. Heck, I cannot but smile at the audacity of his act (which is actually protected under the 1st Amendment) to wake up the next day and trying to figure out what went wrong.

The atheist should have been armed and then should have done what comes naturally. No reason he should have cared what the other guy thought or felt.
- JoeMontana16
Funny that the judge defends Islam but at the same time tells what they punishment would be in a Muslim country. So you can beat someones behind if they offend islam and get a lesson on how lucky you are that you aren’t subject to the punishment that the religion of peace brings. Death.

I have no love for any atheists, may they burn in hell (which is ok since they don’t believe in it!), but if he had been dressed as Jesus and I had jumped him my ass would be in jail!! The continuing creeping of Sharia and Muslim deference is very alarming!! Watch the videos of Muslims in England if you don’t believe me! And the first time someone tries and utilize sharia on me I am kicking their ass and the ass of any phony dumbass judge as well! Even the cop is smarter than this judge who allows religion to affect his judgement! Obama himself would crucify any Christian judge who used biblical laws to affect his interpretation of the Constitution! We must stand strong as the last vestige of freedom and hope for the world. When Islam has conquered us all is lost forever!
- hongryhawg
This judge should be recalled IMMEDIATELY! If this decision is allowed to stand, then we as a nation are done. I’m not even referring to the religious aspects of it, though I can.

That is probably the worst excuse a judge has given in defense of a ruling I have seen in a good while, out of a district court anyway.
Lord knows the higher courts are a whole different ball game.

This is for you. Americans. How long will you let these insane people harrass you, and tell you what to do. Why is that judge still walking? Why isn’t he in jail, or the hospital. Is this what 300 years of people dying is for. They died so no one has the right to tell you what to do, from another country, or what ever. Is the USA such a cowardly nation, they allow any nut to order them about. I am ashamed of you, and your community. You have no right to live in the USA. Get out, or fight for your country, by going after these imbecils. If the media tries to interfere, they are the enemy also. You want anarchy, shaw of Iran, you ain’t seen nothing yet.

Dear Mr. Sharia Judge:
Believe it or not, your granddaughters will honor you for bringing their parents to America where they will enjoy fried chicken, double bacon cheese burgers and girl’s night out with a semi-pro football team’s, defensive line.
You are a relic of a pagan, pederastic people, destined for the sewage of human history. We will not bury you when flushing the remains of you pitiful culture will be so much easier.

When was the oath of office changed from “to support and uphold the constitution” to “violate and desecrate the constitution”?
…I must have slept through that part.
- kong1967
This judge should be removed from the bench. He made a religious ruling and not a legal one. Sharia is coming our way like it did in Britain. Islam needs to be classified as a cult and therefore stripped of any protections under our Constitution.
- http://pulse.yahoo.com/_66PCI4QTK4UHWMCB5HWWBVMYPA jj
Any other religion in an American court would never get this type of preference shown by this judge. I agree with Kong1967, he needs to be removed from the bench.
- mrbill59
Judge? Sounds like a cleric/ Start impeachment proceedings.
That is all
Basically, an atheist pretending to be Zombie Muhammad in a parade was attacked while marching by a Muslim man who took offense to his portrayal of Muhammad. They called the police thus and it went to court. But surprisingly, the district judge (reported to be a Muslim himself) ruled in favor of the attacker, dismissing the charges while not even reviewing the video, but lecturing and scolding the atheist on his offense to Islam.
Here’s the video report:
Opposing views reports on what the judge actually said in the courtroom:
“Having had the benefit of having spent over 2 and a half years in predominantly Muslim countries I think I know a little bit about the faith of Islam. In fact I have a copy of the Koran here and I challenge you sir to show me where it says in the Koran that Mohammad arose and walked among the dead. I think you misinterpreted things. Before you start mocking someone else’s religion you may want to find out a little bit more about it it makes you look like a dufus and Mr. (Defendant) is correct. In many Arabic speaking countries something like this is definitely against the law there. In their society in fact it can be punishable by death and it frequently is in their society.
Judge Martin then offered a lesson in Islam, stating,
“Islam is not just a religion, it’s their culture, their culture. It’s their very essence their very being. They pray five times a day towards Mecca to be a good Muslim, before you die you have to make a pilgrimage to Mecca unless you are otherwise told you can not because you are too ill too elderly, whatever but you must make the attempt. Their greetings wa-laikum as-Salâm (is answered by voice) may god be with you. Whenever, it’s very common when speaking to each other it’s very common for them to say uh this will happen it’s it they are so immersed in it.
Judge Martin further complicates the issue by not only abrogating the First Amendment, but completely misunderstanding it when he said,
“Then what you have done is you have completely trashed their essence, their being. They find it very very very offensive. I’m a Muslim, I find it offensive. But you have that right, but you’re way outside your boundaries or first amendment rights. This is what, and I said I spent about 7 and a half years living in other countries. when we go to other countries it’s not uncommon for people to refer to us as ugly Americans this is why we are referred to as ugly Americans, because we are so concerned about our own rights we don’t care about other people’s rights as long as we get our say but we don’t care about the other people’s say”
But wait, it gets worse. The Judge refused to allow the video into evidence, and then said,
“All that aside I’ve got here basically.. I don’t want to say he said she said but I’ve got two sides of the story that are in conflict with each other.”
And,
“The preponderance of, excuse me, the burden of proof… “
And,
“…he has not proven to me beyond a reasonable doubt that this defendant is guilty of harassment, therefore I am going to dismiss the charge”
Here’s the audio of the judge’s ruling, start just past the 2 min mark:
