Judge rules in favor of Muslim attacker in Pennsylvania

This needs to go to a higher court- bias is blatant in all this judge has said. And to cite all Americans as “ugly Americans” “don’t care for other peoples rights” is outright biogtry and un-American. Time for him to go back to another country and interpret their laws, using sharia- he is not doing his job here for our Constitutional rights.

OK then. At least the judge admits “Islam is not just a religion, it’s their culture, their culture. It’s their very essence their very being.” Islam is antithetical to the Constitution, as is sharia law, which is past creeping into the US. Note how this judge says this kind of act could be punishable by death in a Muslim country. Gee, that’s tolerance and peace. People mock Christ on a daily basis, and while most Christians get angry depending on the severity of the act, most Christians pray for those who mock Him, yet it’s still Christians who are called things such as bigots and taliban.
The progressives and ignorant left is allowing this, not realizing their heads will roll with the rest of ours when Islam takes over- unless us sane and knowlegable ones stop it from happening that is.

So, the Judge is sympathizer, not a Constitutionalist? Really? I thought all judges were impartial. I hate being wrong on Thursdays.

This judge needs to be dismissed!

I couldn’t give two sh*ts about your experience with muslim countries, cultures or religion. This is the United States, and the president I’m sure you support has already said this is a multicultural nation, and not dominated by any single religion. Maybe you just heard that it wasn’t a Christian nation, and decided to think you could fill in the ‘void’ with islam. Not going to happen. I look down on most atheists, as the majority that I’ve met are just like you: bigots. However, unlike you, I consider what this person did to have been protected Free Speech, guaranteed by the document most muslims seem to despise, called the Constitution of the United States, Amendment 1. Furthermore, atheism has been turned into a faith-based system of beliefs, in and of itself, and therefore his antics are also protected as freedom to practice his ‘religion’, as covered in that same document, same amendment.

Muslims are going to have to learn a hard lesson: they [which may include you] are no one, and nothing special. Your feelings aren’t particularly important to anyone but yourselves, and no one else cares about your theo-politics. If they did, they would have converted. Your entire legal justification for your illogical, unjust ruling seems to stem from your belief that we should recognize muslims’ feelings, and how deeply they hold their theo-politics, or place reverence in a material object [a book], like the one you made sure the court knew you had on your desk. You point out that this would be considered an act against islam in other countries. So damned what? This isn’t one of those Third World countries you seem to revere, and we do not practice a system of jurisprudence that is anywhere near what they practice there, and laughably call “law”. This country is based on everyone being equal. The very God that people like you hope to push out of the public square through legislation instructed Abraham Lincoln to say these very words:

“Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent a new nation, conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.”

The theo-political system you so wrongfully championed in an American court of law discourages freedom and liberty, and therefore not only has no place in America, but has even less place being cited as justification in an American court of law and justice.

The very book you thump stands in complete, stark and total opposition not only to the Unites States’ basic principals, but it’s national Constitution and in opposition to anyone else being able to have liberty. It stands in opposition to the freedom and existence of anyone professing to be a Christian, catholic, Jew or atheist, and you bring shame upon your bench, state and nation in utilizing it, and your own personal beliefs, to justify a criminal act perpetrated upon someone for expressing their Freedom of Speech. In his country, many courts create what is called “precedent”. You have created bad precedent. It is acts like this that cause public opinion to be so sharply turned against your choice of theo-political belief systems, and it’s adherents. In all honesty, the only thing that book on your bench is is justification for your impeachment and for the filing of a lawsuit against you.

Sharia is not the law of the land. The First Amendment IS. This dude needs to appeal this decision to a different judge and maybe help get this judge dismissed from the bench.

The story clearly shows that there was a “zombie Pope” marching right next to the “zombie mohammed”. Nobody in the crowd (and I’ll bet there were more than a few Christians) was so offended that they ran up and tried to choke the “Pope”.

This is exactly what Newt is talking about when he says that judges need to be reviewed to see if their judgements are in line with the Constitution. If this judge had made his decision according to the laws of America and not according to his own religious bias, this case would have been decided in favor of the plaintiff.

The only official who acted correctly in this case was the policeman. This judge needs to be replaced. Does anyone know what the process is in Pennsylvania for ousting bad judges?

Sometime ago, a group of New York atheists demanded the city to remove a street sign “Seven in Heaven Way” honoring seven firefighters killed in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks because they said the sign violates the separation of church and state. They even launched a lawsuit against the city.

While separation of church and state is nowhere to be found in the Constitution, this atheist found one insidious law governing his state: Sharia. Heck, I cannot but smile at the audacity of his act (which is actually protected under the 1st Amendment) to wake up the next day and trying to figure out what went wrong.

Funny that the judge defends Islam but at the same time tells what they punishment would be in a Muslim country. So you can beat someones behind if they offend islam and get a lesson on how lucky you are that you aren’t subject to the punishment that the religion of peace brings. Death.

This judge should be recalled IMMEDIATELY! If this decision is allowed to stand, then we as a nation are done. I’m not even referring to the religious aspects of it, though I can.

This is for you. Americans. How long will you let these insane people harrass you, and tell you what to do. Why is that judge still walking? Why isn’t he in jail, or the hospital. Is this what 300 years of people dying is for. They died so no one has the right to tell you what to do, from another country, or what ever. When was the oath of office changed from “to support and uphold the constitution” to “violate and desecrate the constitution”?

Any other religion in an American court would never get this type of preference shown by this judge. I agree with Kong1967, he needs to be removed from the bench.
