Karl Rove’s main beef with the new AZ immigration bill is that it might not play politically very well for Republicans and it could lead to amnesty. I know elections are important, and the 2010 elections are huge HuGe HUGE! But dude, Phoenix has the 2nd highest number of kidnappings in the world! He also says he’s worried about the constitutionality of it and believes there will be many lawsuits because of it.
But then Karl says this:
Juan, Juan we were not for amnesty! We were in favor of making people pay fines, go to the back of the line and wait 13 years.
