Krauthammer: Obama isn’t really trying to freeze spending

This reminds me of what Beck says – watch what the other hand is doing! Krauthammer points out that what Obama is really doing is to raise the bar on spending in general, so even if they lose in November, they can still spend money like it’s 2009!
