Basically Michael Downing, LAPD Deputy Chief (who just testified yesterday in Peter King’s prison radicalization hearing), defends the Muslim Brotherhood suggesting their doctrines have changed and they aren’t the same group that was founded by Al-Bana. In fact he feels they are a group that he can defend, support, and partner with.
