For the Governors of the 26 states involved in the Federal Court decision,
Unconstitutional = Unconstitutional. (until and only if the decision is
overturned can it be law)
The lack of an injunction does NOT make the Obama Government Health Care Take Over constitutional.
Governors, if you allow any taxpayer money to be spent, in your state, on the
unconstitutional law, you should re-evaluate your oath of office.
The decisions stands unless it be changed by the appeal process,not until.

Sedition? I oppose the bill but there is no Sedition here- Obama is appealing.
They can decry and they can appeal. That's fine. BUT, that is secondary to their ABSOLUTE NEED TO ABIDE BY THIS RULING. They can seek a stay from a higher court, like anyone can. However, until that stay is granted, THEY MUST CEASE AND DESIST. Period. If they continue implementation, they absolutely should be taken right back to and held in contempt.

When I clicked, I actually thought you were serious....which is why I clicked. I want my click back!!! I'll bet you didn't know this, but I wanted to vomit when I saw Sotomayor and Kagan stand up as SC Justices. How can they stand next to a man like Roberts as peers? Ah well, we only have a few decades to deal with their unqualified and liar selves. We might get to live to see conservative appointees replace them!
Winning does not entitle you to ignore the Constitution or the checks and balances applied by the other branches of government. Just further proof that the man knows little of what he speaks and even less of how our government is designed to operate.

no shick! I had no idea- Is Rush's show also available in that way? I always assumed that podcast meant itunes and iphone/ipod had to be used. If that's not the case, then I've been missing out for a while.
