Except you can't impeach someone who is ineligible in the first place. Haul the stealth jihadi out of the white house in chains and put him in solitary at gitmo for the rest of his pathetic life right along with Moocherella in the same cell. They deserve each other.
Giving people free health care isn't the same thing as disappearing people and crushing dissidents with force.
