If part of you wants to believe that Romney has really transformed himself from a blue-state RINO to a conservative, then you’ll want to hear this. Yesterday, Romney pandered to Occupy Wall Street by saying this:
“I don’t worry about the top 1%. I don’t sit up nights, worrying about ‘gee, we need to help them’. I don’t think about that. I’m not worried about that. They’re doing just fine by themselves. I worry about the 99% in America.”
That was yesterday! Levin says this is exactly why 75% of Republicans can’t support the guy. And there’s more, including a report that Romney created a welfare system in his state that gave people free automobile insurance. No, I’m not kidding.
