Levin challenges Reid to not be the obstruction that he’s professed to hate so much.
Reid would be less of a hypocrite if he did allow a vote, plus he knows Obama will veto it so he’s got little to lose by allowing it. Unless of course he doesn’t trust Obama to veto it which would be interesting.
