Mark Levin opened his show tonight explaining the IG report of the IRS targeting conservative groups, noting that it leaves many questions unanswered. But there’s one part in the report where it solely blames the targeting on a the low-level determinations unit. Levin said if this is true as written, that it doesn’t go any higher than the determinations unti, then it reveals a massive problem in the IRS. But I get the feeling he’s not buying it.
