Levin is very clear that unless we repeal the 16th amendment, he cannot support one of the 9’s….specifically the sales tax portion of the 999 plan. But if that’s part of the plan, then he’s all in.
I haven’t heard Cain specifically mention the 16th amendment specifically, but when he says that the first part of his 999 plan is to “throw out the current tax code”, I assume that’s what he means. It’d be good to hear him clarify that.
