The entire interview this morning on Meet the Press was about Santorum getting out of the race. That’s it. And the longer it went, the more condescending it got. I think I was about ready to reach through the screen when Guthrie asked Santorum if he was even capable of knowing when he should get out of the race. Ugh!
But on the flip side, Santorum never let it shake him and had some great answers to her ever-persistent questions on this issue of him getting out. My favorite was when he responded “Four years ago we had a nominee in March. How did that work out for us?”
