And third, why is a hurricane occuring during hurricane season that just so happens to not go into the Gulf of Mexico and instead up the eastern seaboard caused by "climate change" and not just a hurricane happening?
And yes Meghan, there is climate change.....it's call fall, soon it will be winter and then spring will come and it will warm up again. You can then cry at how you don't understand why it's getting so warm. Well it's because summer will be coming and where we are on the earth will be closer to the sun so it's warmer here.

I have been saying that since the whole climate change ever came about. Aren't we taught that there was an ice age when ice covered most of the earth? Aren't we taught that there was a time when most of the earth was temperate? So they teach these things then want to flip out when our weather changes a bit. There is also history of a warm period during the "dark ages". I guess all their driving around caused it. What idiots.

Joe Bastardi is one of my favorite meteorologists. Locally (Dallas), Steve McCauley is my other favorite. I like how these guys go into detail in what's happening in the atmosphere and in storms. I'm glad Bastardi does not buy into that global warming nonsense. As long as the Earth has been around, there have been periods of warming and cooling and it will continue to be that way. Human beings don't cause this.

Climate change has always occurred and nobody argues that fact. What people argue about is the cause of global warming.
Nobody here will deny there are periods in which the Earth has been warmer and periods in which the Earth has been cooler. Since weather is greatly influence by air temperature as well as surface temperature nobody here will deny that climate change (again climate is dynamic and always changing) did impact the strength (or weakness), life cycle, duration, and path of travel of Hurricane Sandy.
What people are afraid of is agreeing with the statements that you make that are actually accurate because your internal interpretation of WHY something is the way it is, is not correct in the case of the Earth's climate. If I say that climate change exists you, Ms. McCain, will probably assume that I am meaning that everything that you believe about global warming and man's cause and control over it is true. Nope. I am just saying that climate change occurs all the time.
The Earth was much warmer long before people were around and also much cooler long before people were around. Even when humans where around we had warming periods and mini-ice ages.
Let's just pretend that you can spend enough money to make a difference. What will you do with volcanic activity causes the temperatures to change? I remember the talk of when Mt. St Helens blew her top about it being slightly cooler for the next year or two and that was one volcano.
What about the known fact that polar shifts occur? Can you do anything about that event, Ms. McCain? Solar cycles, sun spots, or other solar events - can you control those?
Ms. McCain - what about all the other things that influence temperatures to rise much worse than CO2 such as methane and water vapor? Oh, you can't stop water vapor, welll maybe we spend trillions on dehumidifying the atmosphere which, of course, happens without any negative results. Methane - farming is worse that SUV's, Ms McCain. Do you fly around the country promoting this while eating a steak and drinking milk?
Me, people MIGHT have a small influence on the climate but just as much of that has come from the green movement as any other cause. Deforestation of the amazon for sugar cane to make green fuel. Interesting. Why not go to Brazil and make them replant the Amazon. That would be the biggest impact you could make is to replace all that wonderful jungle canopy.

I believe that this could be man made climate change. The only difference is that cloud seeding and microwave radiation is the possible cause, and not carbon dioxide.

I know that the global warming hoax is just that. If you don't already know about it, you should do some research on weather modification. Other countries are openly using it, and there was even an international treaty signed after we used it as a weapon in Vietnam. Our own government admitted in 1982 that they could create, or even stop, a hurricane. I believe that the powers that be have kept it covert so that they could use it to sell global warming to the public.
The program went covert a long time ago.

(1) If we are all going to die if we don't act now to stop man-made global warming, why did Democrats push Obamacare instead?
(2) Libs want to tax the he!! out of us, give the money to the U.N. which will use it to industrialize third world nations (which will churn out MUCH MORE CO2). How does that stop global warming?
