What kind of country is it that would tolerate a blithering idiot like him as vice president anyway? It seems surreal, like an absurd comedic plot involving a bizzare series of coincidences set in some third world backwater in which the village idiot becomes the vice president, spending his days giving specious grandiloquent speeches, or ranting red-faced like a raving lunatic, all of which no-one pays the least bit of attention to.
If he disappeared tomorrow I doubt anyone would notice or care, including his next of kin.
