Let me start by saying I have no idea if this is race-based or not. I really hate to even inject the idea, but the only reason I do is to make a point that if the tables were turned and this was a black guy being beat up by 3 white and one Hispanic man, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson would be back marching in Florida all over again. They prey on situations like this to politicize them and we can’t point it out enough.
That said, the story here is horrible. This army solider’s car broke down and as he was walking home, he was viciously attacked by 3 black men and one possibly Hispanic man who brutally beat him. Thankfully he survived the beating but the police have no idea who did this as the surveillance tape doesn’t lend itself to much detail.
