The Only Way to Stop a Gun is With a Gun
Our shooters are creatures of the media, not the NRA. A media that turns killers into celebrities and then warns that the only way to stop more shootings is by cracking down on firearms.
But no amount of media coverage ever stopped a man with a gun. It only encouraged him. It takes a gun to stop a man with a gun. That is the hard truth of human affairs. It is why we have a Second Amendment, it is why we have armies and police, and it is why people own guns.
There is no going back to a time before people owned guns. There is no going back to a time when violence did not exist. There is only the reality that killers stalk the streets and that we can either defend against them or take comfort in empty outrage.

Gun Crime Soars in England Where Guns Are Banned
New data out from the UK, where guns are banned, shows gun crime has soared by 35 percent.
Meanwhile in the United States, as more and more people own guns, the rate of violent crime has gone down.

Foxnews which is showing its support for the left more and more every day is now posting a photo in which they state it as an updated photo of the shooter. The photo is of a thin 14 year old boy that fits their description better then the more healthy normal photo that some have posted of this 20+year old.
my other question is that why is the white house so heavily involved with this case. This is not a national issue, its a local state issue. Benghazi is a national issue but the whitehouse chooses to wash its hands of.

I find it hard to believe that he was autisic and or mentally slow as its been reported and blamed which is what our nation has come to. Blame, blame, blame. It takes a highly functioning person to carry off such a feet. Lets call things for what they are disfunctional due to lack of morals. Prayers are the only thing to help......But prayers have been taken out of public schools. Sad
yes... satan won yesterday and has been winning more and more these last few years and running........ but in the end God always wins... those that died didnt feel a thing and are now in a much much better place than the rest of us....left to battle these demons on earth.
Was shocked to hear this news yesterday - my thoughts go out to the families and all you friends from the other side of the pond.
I could not imagine anything worse! The knowledge of this horrible mass murder of children will haunt me until the day I die.

This tragedy that we see every day all works well for obama to takedown America and make it the worst nation on earth. It all works for his plan. He doesnt hold the bar too high for America so why should its citizens hold the bar high with great expectations. This administration is directly resposible for all the turmoil that we see across the world. Evil is spreading like wildfires.
My prayers are with the families and country. I want to lock up my kids when I see this kind of thing and never let them away from me...God save us all.
After Aurora CO shooting Krauthammer remarked on the worsening laxity of mental health treatment.
“Over time, over the decades, our gun control laws have gotten more tight and more strict. At the same time how we treat the mentally ill has gotten far more lenient and loose,” Krauthammer said. “Now, for good reason — we don’t want to commit people willy-nilly. We believe in civil liberties. But, on the other hand, there’s always a risk. The threshold for committing people to a psychiatric facility on the basis of dangerousness has risen over the decades."
I sort of agree with Krauthammer, however with this regime I'm not so sure. The Soviet Union basically said that if you disagreed with their policies, you were obviously insane. That gave them the excuse to "help" you by sticking you in an asylum and pumping you full of drugs. Problem solved! To misquote Krauthammer on this, "There's always a risk".

After watching CNN and then reading this these updates from TRS, I'm confused..
CNN said the Shooter was 24 year old Ryan, and the father is still alive.
But now I'm hearing the shooter was the younger brother Adam and killed his father then drove to CT and killed his mother, teachers and all those innocent children. Also hearing that Ryan is in Custody
AS I understand it the brother was the one killed in the school (Ryan). The other brother was taken into custody after being apprehended in the treeline (Adam)
Apparently Adam had Ryan's ID on him, so the police Identified Adam as Ryan, now Scoop just had update that Ryan has told authorities his brother has a mental illness..
Another blog had so many disgusting comments that I left. The next time I read about a news story there I'll stay clear of this issue.

I am a nervous wreck over this man, I have two little ones these children's age. This just breaks my heart.
Just awful beyond words...My heart goes out to anyone and everyone effected and pray for this world. The world needs more prayer for others, not just for ourselves or those we know. <3

This is not a call to duty video problem or a gun problem. Stop blaming to avoid the real cause. This is a moral, behavoral problem when one person cant learn or be taught or was abused to the point of not being able to control ones self. Most people know right from wrong. Our nation now is unrecognizable with its lack of morals.
Well, to tell the truth, the airport massacre in Call of Duty is a black flag operation by terrorists designed to blame the massacre of Russians on the United States. It ends with an invasion of the US by Russian forces. If you're going to blame a video game, at the very least get your facts straight.
May I suggest another cause that the press deliberately overlooks. Something that was not part of our society in the 50's.
The press stories said the shooter was mentally ill so I'm assuming he was on Psychiatric drugs as have been many of the lone shooters.
The press always mentions if the shooters were on Psychiatric drugs but never ask if the reason he shot people was because he was on Psychiatric drugs.
It's time to bring Psychiatry and psychotropic drugs back under the law. These are not sugar pills to be dispensed willy nilly for every ache and pain life throws at us.

It looks like his parents won't have to answer to the media....thankfully he won't be a prison hero either!
