First, as others have noted, the question is misleading as the President wouldn't be able to outlaw anything. That decision lies with Congress. But even then Congress really would not be able to outlaw it even if they wanted to. The Supreme Court took care of that question in two cases:
1. Griswold v. Connecticut, 381 US 479 (1965) - overturned Connecticut's law regarding contraception but was a ruling that applied only to married couples
2. Eisenstadt v. Baird, 405 US 438 (1972) - expanded the Griswold decision to include unmarried individuals

And when they asked the difficult questions like... Can you describe you relationship with Bill Ayres and how he has helped you in your political decisions and career? Can you produce and actual birth certificate? Why did you vote "present" on 99% of all bills? What legislation have you written that has actually passed?

Since when does the POTUS create laws? These people keep showcasing their lack of knowledge of the manner our country is supposed to work - aka - constitution. So frustrating!!!
No doubt - he uses the Constitution as toilet paper and he must be stopped! The amount of misinformation and intentional misrepresentation of reality of our laws is such a huge battle that must be fought on a daily basis. I think it's easier for people to just listen to the headlines rather than evaluate a "story" and determine its authenticity.
Since when does the President have the authority to even CONSIDER outlawing Contraception (or anything else for that matter)? Isn't that a Congress thing? Why even ask him this question, unless they're just trying to make him look bad?
Like I said they are getting used to the current POS POTUS making up regulations and appointments as he wishes.

Excellent point Joe! The media are so used to dear leader doing whatever the heck he wants, they are all as corrupted as he is, so they naturally assume everyone else is too.
I am just cracking up - once again I accidentally stole your post... I try to not read everyone else's post before I put mine out there, so as not to influence my own opinions... However, on more than one occasion I have seemingly plagiarized my pals out here. Are we spending too much time together that we are thinking alike?!?
