To those who served with Naser Jason Abdo, they aren’t surprised one bit that he was arrested for plotting to kill soldiers at Fort Hood. They said he was constantly proselytizing in a way that only stirred up conflict and even in training said he could never fight against Muslims.
My guess is that if he’d been successful, we’d be asking why these tale-tale signs weren’t identified earlier:
I think we got lucky this time but until we choose to identify these radical Muslims early on we will continue to only get lucky…or maybe not.
