We could have 5 million stories about how guns have saved lives but they don't care. They are coming after our guns no matter what. During obummers inagrual speech he came out of the closet for those who didn't know he is the most liberal progressive President this country has ever see. I would go farther to say his eyes are set on becoming the worlds KING DICTATOR. So yes he wants to disarm America and will do so by any means and that means collectoral damages. I beleive he has his wackos out there shooting people so they can take advantage of a catastrophe. Look how many have died in Mexico with the fast and furious plan. Hold on to your hats because this is going to be a up hill battle. We need to organize and be ready to gather together wherever obama is trying to drum up support accross America. ASAP!

When the camera cut to Chucky (schumky) Shumer sitting there, I wished I could've reached thru my monitor and smacked him! The arrogance of this man is beyond anything I've ever seen.

What a powerful testimony from a powerful and very articulate woman! Sad that 20 years later, we are still having to defend our right to defend ourselves from this same pathetic group of politicians! They are exactly why there needs to be term limits!
I agree completely. We need to not only stop their intrusion we need to stop their careers!
It is time we on the right start our own battle and take it to them, it is time we start a grass roots effort to remove these people from office. Let it be known to them why we are doing this. Then it is time for us to force term limits on these people.
Most of these so called representatives are the ones the created the situations our country faces today, they've been on office so long. We would fire employees for this kind of performance or be fired as an employee for same. I'm guessing that is why low information voters reelect these people, they too perform poorly at their responsibility, that of being an upstanding and informed citizen!

"It's all about our right to be able to protect ourselves from all of you guys up there". It is those guys up there. Those are the people I most fear. IF they could stop mass killings it will do nothing for the murder rate as a whole. It will rise. There will be more robberies, home invasions and assaults and with unarmed prey more will be killed just in smaller numbers. The folks who walk into their home and find an armed invader. They have no gun...they're dead. The convenience store owner confronted by an armed robber...has no gun...he's dead and maybe the other patrons inside. The women walking down a street and are met with an armed attacker...they have no gun either...they're dead. You wont hear about these except for local news. The media wont report the higher total number of murders either. They WILL tell you how there hasn't been people killed in theaters though.

Also see why we need term limits, to protect ourselves from all those guys up there? There was Schumer then, doing what he is doing today.
I think this was around the time of Di Fi's first assault weapons ban 20 years ago, and NONE of the issues have changed. They wanted to limit the # of round then and now in a weapon, and ban scary looking weapons.

Wow. I wonder if Dianne Feinstein was there, let alone saw this. The difference between a liberal and a conservative is that a conservative wants to protect your existing rights, while a liberal believes you only deserve the rights government thinks you need. And if a few innocent people are murdered in the process, hey, you have to break a few eggs to make an omlette, right? Makes sense to the liberals, unless YOU are one of the eggs.

At the end of this clip, I like how Dr. Hupp equated the maniacal murderer in Luby's Cafeteria with the politicians, including Schuck Schummer, sitting at the front of the room taking the testimony.
This is a woman I can respect. She is talking about using guns, not simply owning them.

The reason they keep talking about hunting is because they don't want to raise the true issue of why the second amendment is there. Dumb people down and don't let them know the truth about how the 2nd amendment protects us from our own government. Another way they are circumventing the Constitution. If people are misled about the truth and they accept it, they can easily be misled about the power of government and what it can do.

You are correct! We and all those on media programs defending the 2nd Amendment need to correct that it has nothing to do with hunting but has to do with keeping the government in check.
It is our duty to be armed as citizens, our way to participating in limited government and check and balance there of!
Those whom do not wish to participate in this form of government are free to leave, such is the nature of a free society. But those that wish to participate can do so only if they agree too, and follow the rules of our Nation! One of those rule is to be armed!
They can go to Venezuela, which has reached the liberal utopia already. Or, since they are so gung-ho on defending radical Islam, they can go to Egypt. Let them experience their view of "democracy" up front and center.

People, like Shumer, should learn to put themselves in someone else's position before making decisions that will affect their lives.

I remember the Luby's shooting well. A very tragic and terrible event. It took a great deal of courage for Dr. Gratia to testify. I wonder what Chucky was thinking as he was sitting there listening to her. He didn't care. If anything, he was most likely thinking about lunch at one of the local DC eating establishments because he voted for the Clinton "assault weapons" ban:
