@judefour...besides scriptures, could you share your testimony of what the Lord has done for you. you know, the thief at the cross, he didn't have time to study the scriptures. He said, Lord, remember me........and the Lord received him. I have witnessed people on their death bed receiving Jesus as their savior and People healed. I've witnessed healed relationships, needs provided, and just because this one man says, your God came to serve you, not you to serve him you throw out all the scriptures like one of those heresy hunters. Before the law, Abraham, Isaac lied, David committed adultery, the nation of Israel murmured. If in order to receive the blessings of God has conditions under the new covenant, it wouldn't be called blessings....sheesh....no wonder there are lots of people who leave church because of all the conditions(rules, laws) instead of allowing the Lord to be Lord of them, Who the Son has set free, is free indeed. God is using this man.
Who can say but that behind the curtain maybe the muslim hudna.
not trying to be a wet blanket. never forget the green on blue, our soldiers being carrried out dead everyweek.
you decide what you will.
I have read his book, The Blood of Lambs. I believe Kamal speaks truth to, please listen to what he has to say in this video and go vote for not only yourself and freedom; but for your childrens sake. We have had so many warnings to return to God as a country and we need desperately to heed these warnings.
Why isn't this up on Youtube? They Muslim and lefty sites are coming out with "fraud" since he has had 3 different explanations of his conversion all on video. Be careful my friends of the wolf in sheep's clothing. I don't know if he is or isn't. All I'm saying is that when accepted Jesus, it didn't happen 3 different ways. I love his message, but he seems to me a bit of a Gantry. Sorry.. But the message was great and he speaks well. Love you, God Bless, Brother gary
What Film? Qaeda Says Benghazi Attack 'Revenge' for Leader's Death
There is also a former arab terrorist named Walid Shoebat, who also I believe converted to Christianity. His story is somewhat parallel.
His comments are worth reading.
I laughed, I cried, I wish I could download this to have it forever !!! What a Testimony. What a Statement. Do you have the break out session. I would love to see that !!! if there is away to Download this Please Someone Tell me. Thank you Thank you Thank you For posting his speech, I have been sharing it all over the place. I love my Lord and Savior, and Please People remember one thing:
DO NOT HATE THE PEOPLE, it is not the People, You can hate the actions, You can hate the Religion, but not the people. Those burning, beating and Killing today, Can be saved by the Blood of Jesus Tomorrow.
I hate the Religion, I hate the Actions of the People, but the People need prayer, they need to be shown. Cults are Evil, I believe the Muslim Religion to be a cult, it over powers people.
Wow what a way to start my day.
Was the Ambassador and the envoy sacrificed to send a message to the DNC after they Re-instated God and Israel back into the Convention Platform during the week of the DNC Convention ?? And are the Democratic party and followers trying to use the ANTI-Muhammad video as a Deterrent from this reason that shows the Democrat’s have a cancer inside their Party and that is radical Islam ?? This shows the out of control nature of the policies of appeasement that is threatening the USA and the world today !!!!
It's becoming more and more clear that this is all about identity. There can be no peace or unity unless is with Christ because only He can change the heart of men.
Without Him we would look to our race, our religion, our ideologies, and we end up tearing each other apart.
It's time to return to our roots, find our own identity, and be grounded in it.
To God be the Glory....To God be the Glory....To God be the Glory....To God be the Glory....To God be the Glory...
I loved how he repeated this with Passion & conviction!
Let's pulverize Obama with our votes and send his pathetic self packing.
To God be the Glory....To God be the Glory....To God be the Glory....To God be the Glory....To God be the Glory...
An accident let this man to Christ- even he had a chance at Heaven. God's mercy and His mission. Thank you for this beyond exceptional speech and educating us Americans. Let's pray for his protection & ours.
More on Kamal Saleem here:
That orphan spirit is spoken of in Genesis 16:12: "He (Ishamael) will be a wild donkey of a man; his hand will be against everyone and everyone's hand against him, and he will live in hostility toward all his brothers." See any difference between the current Ishmaelites and their father Ishmael? Me neither.
Kamal Saleem rocks the house. It isn't government, heritage or background that unites people. Its Christ. There's no male or female. Slave nor free. Greek or Jew. All are one in Christ.
This was good for my soul.
I'm ashamed at my anger towards the ignorant and hopeless in the Middle East. It's sin... they just don't know the Lord. It doesn't justify their evil... it's sin... but they need the Lord... just like we all do. I apologize for my emotional outbursts.
I hope that we begin to find these sleeper cells and deal with them. Hopefully, they too will discover the Lord.
I've been racking my head trying to figure out where we are right now as a nation? I talk with my friends and say here is what and where we're at. (I usually do all the talking because my job is to watch over media issues.) But I struggle to explain to them why? I'm asked what is being done? Nothing, I say. And it's so frustrating. Then something hit me. Some of it became clear. We are watching our future repeat. The fed has just repeated its failure on the mortgage crisis by priming the money pump. Our children will see what we lived through in the 30's and 2008. It is inevitable. They are seeing the days of a new and more dangerous and radical leader being shaped by tyranny in the middle east. And that new radical leader (worse than UBL) will know our history and rain upon our shores a nightmare on our children the likes no one has ever seen before. History is repeating. And we are watching it live out. Our only chance at delaying or stopping it rests on our shoulders in November. Our children's future is our present. Will we sacrifice ourselves to save it or will we choose to lose it? It's not just the economics of the future. It is whether we can save them from a terrorist attack worse than 9/11.
We are a nation adrift. The people in charge have no clue how to solve the problems. Their ideology doesn't model reality so their solution always fail. They keep trying them with ever increasing frequency and intensity always hoping and believing that the next time they will work (if it weren't for those wascally wepublicans magically stopping them and Karl Rove and his weather machine directing disaster their way). They always have an excuse. It is never that their ideology is wrong. Paul Ryan said it best: We are on the road to disaster and there is only one exit marked Tuesday, November 6, 2012.
Very heretical statement; "your god came to serve you, not for you to serve him". Jesus said that if ANY would be His disciple, let him DENY himslef, take up his cross, and follow him." "Unconditional love" is a contradiction, and is itself a 'condition' that is placed upon God. Jesus requires conditions before He will forgive; biblical repentance, forgiving your neighbor, etc. He requires conditions to inherit eternal life; Being "holy, spotless, without blemish", "continuing in His Word", "keeping His commandments", "complete obedience to His will". God won't hear a prayer that does not have Jesus as it's authority, and whoever denies that Jesus is God the creator (as to his divinity) is denying the Father, and will not inherit eternal life. This poor man was intorduced to the apostate religion of western society. If Mr Saleem is in a covenant marriage (he and his wife left father and mother), I could steal his wife from him, through the proper civil requirements, and 99% of western "churches" will welcome me and his wife, and validate our adultery.
I think what the man was trying to say is that God reciprocates. He learned that it was not a one way street, but that it is a true relationship.
There is no good man, no, not one. All your works are as filthy rags. You are saved by grace through faith.
The works that are after the flesh are the 'filthy rags' that you mention, not the works that are "wrought in God" through the "faith which worketh by love." All mankind is fallen and in need of the grace offered by the gospel, through Jesus Christ. To say that the saints, (like Stephen or Enoch for instance) exhibit a 'filthy rags' righteousness would mean that Jesus would have no sons or daughters that were truly "born after the Spirit". It is also a contradiction of the express revelation of scripture which states that God was "pleased" with Enoch, and that He "loves those that love Him" (obey His commandments in thought and deed). Jesus says so, and His apostles echo the precept continually.
1Jn 3:7-10 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. (8) He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. (9) Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. (10) In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
Eph 2:8-10 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: (9) Not of works, lest any man should boast. (10) For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
Joh 3:19-21 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. (20) For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. (21) But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
Greater love hath no man than this, that a man would lay his life down for his friends. Jesus gave his blood as a ransom for many. Allah gave nothing. Allah expects his followers to shed their blood in a fruitless quest to ransom their own souls. Allah demands subservience. Jesus asks for fellowship. Allah treats his servants like slaves. Jesus gives them the freedom to decide. Allah says that anyone who leaves their religion is to be killed. Jesus offers them a choice. Allah treats women like chatel. Jesus offers them freedom and dignity and treats them as equals in His kingdom to the men. (all are one in Christ)
Allah bowed down to Muhammed. Jesus bowed only to his Father. Muhammed murdered, stole and raped at will. Jesus healed and loved (agape, philo ...not eros) all.
Muhammed is guilty of the blood of many. Jesus was guilty of nothing. Muhammed died a miserable death and was buried in a grave. Jesus died a miserable death having been convicted of a false charge, rose from the dead and continues to live. Muhammed on the other hand is like Monty Python's old skit "Its a dead parrot". "Its no more."
Jesus said and quite correctly..."Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away." Trying to punch holes in Kaleem's testimony is just a waste of your typing skills. So have a nice day.
Pure 'staw man' and a prevarication of the clear meaning of what I wrote. To even hint that I have the slightest regard for a false prophet, and terribly vile man like Muhammed, is completely beside the point. That being said, the unqualified way that you describe Jesus, is exactly what the apostate western religions follow. The errors are many, but let this suffice;
"Allah treats his servants like slaves. Jesus gives them the freedom to decide"
Luk 14:25-27 And there went great multitudes with him: and he turned, and said unto them, (26) If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. (27) And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.
Luk 14:33 So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.
Joh 14:21-24 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. (22) Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world? (23) Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. (24) He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.
You are partly correct; everyone has a will, and whoever does not submit their will entirely to Jesus, and walk after the Spirit and not after the flesh, has no hope (scripturally speaking) to be where Jesus is.
You believe your own imaginations friend. You're offended that I took issue with some of the words used by Mr Saleem, and therefore have condemned me based on your personal standard. You use the scriptures loosely, and force a meaning that just isn't there. All you need is a phrase to apparently condemn me. You haven't established anything but your own prejudiced mind. You display the typical corporate church method of interpretation; 'Fragmented, presumptuous theology. Fragment a verse or a theme, presume upon the meaning, then establish a doctrine based on that presumption. You have only shown that you are intent on condemning me, regardless of what I have actually cited about my concerns, and upon what I know I will be judged by. Nothing you have said, in any way, shows evidence that I have excused or encouraged disobedience to Jesus. If it appears to you that I have "used the scriptures as a baseball bat", then take it as you choose. I only mean to affirm what is clearly stated, even if some take it like a "baseball bat". People are not being told the truth in regard to the necessity of obedience, which leads to all manner of hard heartedness. Warnings are necessary and welcome to the saints;
2Th 1:7-9 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, (8) In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: (9) Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;
1Pe 4:17-18 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? (18) And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?
I gave you Jesus words on those that are not against us are for us. Kamal exhibits the qualities...the very fruits of the Spirit that seperate the wheat from the tares. You on the other hand not only sit in the seat of the scoffers, you are one. You fit precisely Christ's dissertation on the 7 woes.
What I charge you with is the complaint that I hear constantly from non-believers about those who use the Scriptures as a baseball bat. People likeyou make it hard for people like me to win souls. In short slick, you have no discernment and wisdom to offer. If you did you would be able to tell that Kamal is a brother.
It takes more than knowledge of Scripture to win souls as Kamal learned from his church family. Love in action is what won him over. If anyone is the apostate that Jude warned us about...its you.
A more perfect explanation of raw Calvanism could not be better written. Your description of western christianity is exactly what I oppose, and describes the wicked hypocrisy that I lived in for many years. What you have stated, does fit the eternal securist creed, but it is opposed to Jesus teaching, and the logical conclusion of this man-made doctrine is grace as a permission to sin.
All those that truly love Jesus, "keep His commandments".
With the Spirit that was in Christ Jesus, the saints can "love the Lord their God with all their being, and their neighbor as themselves.
Jesus fulfilled the types and shadows of the ceremonial laws etc. but He also left us an example that we would "follow in His steps". Jesus is the lawgiver of the new covenant, which demands purity of heart and actions. Those that have a "form of godliness" are an abomination, since they "deny the power thereof".
Scripture says that "we love Him becasue He first loved us." Our future sins are not forgiven, and no scripture even hints at such a concept. We are told very plainly that "without holiness, no man will see the Lord". Holiness and sin are mutually exclusive, and the gospel states that Jesus blood can "cleanse FROM all unrighteousness", which is what it means to "destroy the works of the devil."
Whoever will not "consent to wholesome words, even the words of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the doctrine which is according to GODLINESS", is proud and knows nothing.
1Jn 3:9-10 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. (10) In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
I hold to the aforementioned scriptures as the standard of judgment that I will face in the great day of the Lord. If I am a "tare", what sin are you charging me with that would cause someone to disobey Jesus?
Ridicule? You feel ridiculed? Speaking of proof of nothing...you got plenty of that slick.
Take heed lest ye fall. You seem to have the same problem that Satan had...an arrogant and prideful spirit. You sound like Westboro Baptist material...all hat and no cow. In the Kingdom you're about useless as teets on a bull.
judefore, and have you kept all his commandments? If you break one, you break all. No one can keep His commandments. You can't love God the way He loves you. You need a revelation of His love for you. It's not about you and what you do, it is all about Him and what He has done. Jesus was still operating under the old covenant before His death and ressurection. Praise God, He said, "It is finished." We are not under the Old Covenant. We have a new covenant, a better one. Our past, present and future sins are forgiven. John, God's beloved knew how loved He was by Our Father. After Jesus death and ressurection, He said, This is love, not that we love, but He first loved us.
Kamal Saleem's testimony is God's doing.....that's the love and goodness of God and to hear him giving God the Glory! You give alot of scriptures but I don't hear you praising the Lord. You sound very religious to me.
Ridicule is proof of nothing. I hope this man is finally saved when he is called to judgement. Your either/or position is a false dilemma; leaving the Muslim religion for western 'christianity' does not equate to being one of Jesus disciples. Jesus Word determines who those are that are presently following Him. I'm glad he mentions Jesus, and if he was 'casting out demons', a proof that he truly posessed the Holy Spirit, then he would certainly be "for" Christ and His Kingdom, and not aginst Him. 'My form of chrsitianity' (as you stated) is only valid, if it agrees with the doctrine of Jesus and the teaching of His apostles. I affirm that teaching and will certainly examine my own heart in light of it;
Mat 7:24-27 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: (25) And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. (26) And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: (27) And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.
1Jn 2:15-17 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. (16) For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. (17) And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
Introduced to an apostate religion? What? Oh he's an apostate all right...an apostate from Islam. His born-again experience is the real deal. Yet you judge him to be an apostate? Kamal has given up everything to follow Christ. His life is at risk everywhere he goes because of his conversion.
An argument started among the disciples as to which of them would be the greatest. "Jesus, knowing their thoughts, took a little child and had him stand beside him. Then he said to them, "Whoever welcomes this little child in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me. For he who is least among you all -- he is the greatest."
"Master," said John, "we saw a man driving out demons in your name and we tried to stop him, because he is not one of us."
"Do not stop him," Jesus said, "for whoever is not against you is for you." (Luke 9:46 -50)
You might want to examine your own heart slim...Whatever form of Christianity that you adhere to, it sure doesn't fit with the quoted text.
I have introduced no private opinion of my own with regard to the scriptures friend. I have maintained Jesus doctrine which is "according to godliness", which is the only standard that protects one from heresy, (a private opinion).
The contrast between the Muslim cult, and true Christianity, is as different as night and day, as is the JW's, Mormons, etc.. These clear distinctions are not as dangerous as those that "turn the grace of God into lasciviousness", which is an accurate description of Western "christianity" among the masses.
I certainly agree and affirm that there are only two classes of people; those that love Jesus, and those that do not. As long as Jesus sets the conditions as to who those people are.
There's no strawman in my arguments. I juxtaposed Kamal's old views with his new views. And your understanding of the NT is pure eisegesis.
Jesus was saying that no one can serve two masters. He will love the one and hate the other. But one cannot do both. That's the exegesis of the quotes you cited.
And it is true that Christ gives all a choice to whom they might follow. And that those that do not follow Him will not be where He is. Yet he doesn't force anyone to do anything. He offers life to all. But as He stated The road to heaven is straight and narrow path and few be there that find it.
The difference between what the Koran, and aHadiths teach and the Gospel of Christ couldn't be more stark and that's my point.
Jesus said, "the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many."
Mat 20:25-28 But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them. (26) But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister; (27) And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant: (28) Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
In context, it is clear that this has nothing to do with nullifying the commandments of Jesus, and His demand that his true disciples obey them. He is revealing one of the characteristics of His servants, not giving anyone an exemption from obeying Him;
Heb 5:8-9 Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; (9) And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;
What are you talking about? That was an awesome speech, given by a great man. You sound like a desperate heresy hunter.
What's that? You are?
Thanks for being so honest about it.
Jud 1:3-4 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. (4) For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
We should be acutely aware of the dangers warned of by Jesus and His apostles; "Take heed that no man deceive you."
Jesus forgave the adulteress without asking her if she was sorry. He forgave all of us from the cross. The prodigal son is actually the story of the father waiting on the porch and lavishing love on his son BEFORE the son had uttered a single word of supplication. " God made man in his image and likeness and man returned the faver".
Not so friend; Joh 8:10-11 When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee? (11) She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.
Jesus made true salvation available through His passion and death, which has conditions that many will reject in preference to the false grace of the day. The Father of the prodigal plainly stated; This my son was dead (spiritually) and is alive again (recovered from death), He was lost and is found.
No matter how hard the religious will try to kick against Jesus holy law, this fact still remains; The one that is presently loving Jesus, is "keeping His commandments", and the one that does not love Jesus "does not keep His sayings".
