Newt defends his questioning of Bain Capital

Eric Bolling and Newt Gingrich sort of got into it this morning, as Bolling suggested that Newt’s questioning of Bain was indeed an attack on capitalism. Newt quickly responded that he isn’t attacking capitalism, but rather he wants Romney to explain what looks like a couple of questionable dealings. Bolling then made the point that venture capitalism is about taking risks and that’s what Bain did, but Newt cut him off asserting that he has no proof since Bain is a private company and doesn’t have to explain itself.

But that’s just it isn’t it? Newt doesn’t know either and he’s used strong language accusing Romney of ‘looting‘ companies. That’s a heavy accusation consider he would have no proof either.
