I had watched a rebroadcast of NY Assembly discussing the new "law" a few days ago and it was chilling to see time after time when (D) Lentol (50th district) was asked if this new registration would have made any difference in Sandy Hook. He replied "no" each time. I watched the "same" rebroadcast last night and was shocked to notice that the thing had been heavily edited to remove many of the times that he was asked the question and his response - particularly of when dems had asked him that question.
People everywhere need to pay close attention to the sneaky side of this - the "mental heath" side of it.
Everytime you hear a Democrat whine about "Guns", just ask them why they hate our country's Constitution? After they give you their silly 'feel good' answer, remind them that ours is the Bill of Rights; not the Bill of Feelings.
And just to think...We are about to in-whatever-gurate this bum again...I pray daily for impeachement..
This is going to be very serious for the individual. The first responsibility of government is to protect its people. What if it doesn't?....especially, internally. Then, limits the bullets to 5 ??

There's an agenda going on and it will be necessary to disarm the people enough, and give the advantage to attackers. All this because of some deranged person shooting up children in Newtonville? All because there were no armed guard or adminstrators who had guns?
I saw a mother who apparently was one that lost a child say things about needing gun control. If it was me, I would have demanded an armed guard be guarding the main door, and teachers trained in firing hand guns. I wouldn't be asking for further disarmamnent. If this is what our society has come to, then so be it. Obama knows very well what the truth of the matter is, but it doesn't fit his need to disarm ciizens enough for them to be effective against the bad guys. He didn't have a 24th point to "make sure" guns are not smuggled out of the country and back in again. Maybe his muslim friends in the country want the odds in their favor when they attack us. Nothing is far-fetched to me anymore. We must ask ourselves WHY he's pushing this.
...and why blacks with illegal handguns in Chicago, NY, LA aren't being arrested?
Officials know them. So why not?? Future "civilian army"?

Sarah Palin predicted Obama would use Obamacare to push for gun control.
She was right.
Remember, MA Gov. Romney raised revenue by upping the cost of gun registration fees significantly. Since Romney's usurpation of powers, socialist governorship has been the model for Obama's presidency thus far, look for this sort of tactic...and for interminable delays in receiving permits.
Some obliging SCOTUS justice will say it's just a tax on guns and not an infringement of Constitutional rights, but Obama's EOs and Bills (and those of his fellow travelers, like Cuomo and Christie) will really be a punishments/deterrents/obstacles to gun ownership and harrassment of gun owners.
With regards to gun registration via Obamacare the following indicates EO #16, Clarify that the Affordable Care Act does not prohibit doctors asking their patients about guns in their homes, is true - doctors can ask but can't tell!
Excerpt from Obamacare, Pages 2037-2039:
SEC. 2716. PROHIBITION ON DISCRIMINATION IN FAVOR OF HIGHLY COMPENSATED INDIVIDUALS.
(c) PROTECTION OF SECOND AMENDMENT GUN RIGHTS.—
(1) WELLNESS AND PREVENTION PROGRAMS.—
A wellness and health promotion activity implemented under subsection (a)(1)(D) may not require the disclosure or collection of any information relating to—
(A) the presence or storage of a lawfully possessed firearm or ammunition in the residence or on the property of an individual; or
(B) the lawful use, possession, or storage of a firearm or ammunition by an individual.
(2) LIMITATION ON DATA COLLECTION.—
None of the authorities provided to the Secretary under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act or an amendment made by that Act shall be construed to authorize or may be used for the collection of any in14
formation relating to—
(A) the lawful ownership or possession of a firearm or ammunition;
(B) the lawful use of a firearm or ammunition; or
(C) the lawful storage of a firearm or ammunition.
(3) LIMITATION ON DATABASES OR DATA BANKS.—
None of the authorities provided to the Secretary under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act or an amendment made by that Act shall be construed to authorize or may be used to maintain records of individual ownership or possession of a firearm or ammunition.

I'd like to think doctors can't ask also but I can't find anything in this section of Obamacare that would specifically prevent the questions unless the patient takes the 5th. As I understand this section and please correct me if I'm missing something, the Feds cannot, in the first place require the doc to do so but if the doc does ask and patient tells then the Feds cannot retain any firearm/ammunition/storage info obtained. I suspect EO 16 suggests if a patient's answers to a doctor's questions indicate the person is a threat to themselves or others the issue would be turned over to local police and then is no longer an Obamacare issue. And that opens up another can of worms. I apologize for going off topic, folks, but thought the Obamacare gun control issued needed some clarification.

depends on the language in NY's state constitution regarding the right to keep and bear arms. Some states don't have it in their constituion (california and a couple others I believe). The 2d Amendment prohibits the federal gov't from infringing on the right to keep and bear arms.

Alex Jones converts the Obama phone lady. She calls Obama a liar and a deceiver, and changes her mind on gun control after she realizes that liberals have targeted blacks in the inner cities. Very interesting interview. She talks about corruption while campaigning for Obama.

It is interesting to note, the black communities in the inner-cities are in worse shape physically and mentally under the auspices of their government benefactors than many of the slaves were in the south. At least for most in the South, as long as the towed the line, they were safe and secure. Those in the inner cities of the US are neither safe nor secure in their persons, especially in Chicago, rapes, sex slavery, murders are an everyday condition they must endure, and, yet, they vote for their masters every election, and these masters are malevolent. I know what I wrote is controversial, but I would hate to live in those conditions, I would escape it. Where are the rich white liberals to help them escape those conditions with a new "underground railroad"?
I don't take her for a quiet type of person. :) I think that there are a lot of democrat supporters out there that just need some good info. The dems in power push an agenda that anyone can see through if given the info, and a chance to consider it. Blacks have a special history of government targeted manipulation that can be used against the left. Totally agree, but I see one unified agenda playing out where democrats can get away with certain things, and pubs can get away with others. Both parties stand back and let each other carry it all out. They talk big, but there never is any real push back.

If election fraud kept Zero in, then that is not a good sign for 2014. We may only have until then to make real progress elsewhere. Zero didn't win a fair election, and neither will the dems who take over the house.
