Everyday he looks more and more like Hitler. The hand gestures and the mood swings. Is he doing drugs?
"Obama admits his policies are making energy more expensive".
Well, Duh!, He said that was part of his 'Fundamental Transformation' plan a long time ago.
I have to force Americans to live by my dictates. If I personally have to push you through the door of that electric death trap I will!Obama the mighty has spoken!
“take actions now where the benefits are going to be coming down the road …"
Sounds just like obamacare, which means same old BS, you will loose starting with your earning…
Follow the money...
And when Americans are broke because they have to pay for enormous energy costs, and there STILL isn't any change in either Climate Change or carbon emissions, who do they complain to? Oh, that's right, we have these things called "elections." Wow, it sure will stink when all the people who voted for Obama find out that they've been screwed by him when it comes to energy costs. Well, elections DO have consequences. It's about time ALL Americans realize that, even the idiots who voted for Obama.
WHERE THE HE11 IS THE NATIONAL ENQUIRER NOW?
President Obama has returned to Washington, from his solo vacation. He finally talked with the press on the ride back.
Via the pool report:
AF1 wheels down Andrews at 7:45pm. POTUS came back to have a 10-minute off the record talk with pool at the end of the flight.
Reggie Love departed AF1 soon after POTUS, apparently a guest for the weekend.
Marine One wheels up 7:55 pm
If you accept that you are your brother's keeper, as Obama self-admittedly does, then you'll accept energy policies which redistribute wealth from rich countries to poor countries.
I don't see why everyone is so against Obama's energy policies. After all, he's helping "poor people" in foreign countries who would otherwise be flooded/killed by rising sea levels because you've all been selfish by pursuing your happiness and suchlike, and have pumped all this CO2 into the air. Your selfishness is killing poor people in the third world. You should therefore be sacrificed forcefully by the government, for your own good, through vastly higher energy prices, because you've been soooo selfish (and therefore evil) over the years.
Gotta love altruism being used to destroy an entire society through the instilling of guilt and forced sacrifice of haves to have nots, of rich to poor, etc.
Venuezela sells oil to the U.S., and it is very dirty. Then oil is imported from the middle east. Alberta sells oil too. Yet Obama is so stubborn about opening Keystone pipelines from Alberta to Nebraska where North Dakota oil can be added to Alberta oil. I think Montana has oil also.
Obama would rather spend billions outside the country to unfriendly countries than to keep the money in North America. He is supposed to be surrounded by economists and business people. What does Obama know about those things? Nothing. Opec prices should not be North American prices. Opec and Venuzeula provide oil very cheap to their people. North Americans pay Opec prices for our own oil. The oil belongs to the people and the oil companies are entitled to a profit for producing that oil. They should be more patriotic and give consumers here a break, instead of using any excuse to raise prices.
It just seems we have to pay through the nose for our basic needs.
I found a website to check out www.160mpg.com/ Let's check it out.
I suspect and I could be wrong, I think all this green BS is nothing more than a war between big oil and coal. The left/right BS is just divide and conquer strategy because the clear winner in this is big oil through natural gas and higher gas prices, the loser is clearly coal - which happens to be the goal. Its a win/'win for big oil any way you look at it and explains when you dig deep enough you'll find big oil contributions funding some of the greenies.
DUH! Back in 2008, the communist dictator wannabe was quoted to the effect that the price of electricity "would necessarily skyrocket" when he got his way. He's just doing what he said he would do.
And his base loves it. Energy costs over 50% more in California than non-mandate states yet Kaifornians keep voting for it.
"it's my job to convince people to take action...". You mean force people, tax people, executive orders on the people, lie and manipulate the people, and on and on it goes! You call yourself a constitutional law professor?! Only so you can get around it, not go by it!
NO MR PRESIDENT, IT'S NOT YOUR JOB! This country cannot afford your convoluted idea of what your job is! You're taking down businesses, which in turn is destroying jobs, hurting families, the elderly who are losing savings and having to go back to work(my mom), making it harder for college grads and high schoolers to get jobs(my kids), and all while you vacation and golf with celebrity's, and your family goes on another lavish ski weekend! Must be nice, having fun on my dime, my neighbors dime, my kids future dimes, etc., while we hang on by our fingernails!!
Sorry for the rant fellow scoopers. Have just had it up to my eyeballs with these gov elites! Tired of being treated like stupid peasants who need ordered around! Ugh!

Obama's 2013 Google+ Fireside Hangout - Complete
Starts around 32:26
Gasoline hasn't become any more powerful per gallon, I haven't seen any lines at the pump like when we had real shortages due to embargo, and the oil industry has done a fantastic job using technology to keep production costs down despite government regulation.
Gasoline isn't more valuable - the money we use to pay for it is less valuable. That's due to the Zimbabwe-like money printing Obama is up to. While Obama is stupid enough to believe the carbon thing, in this case he's just using it as his cover story.
The price of gasoline is one of the biggest factors causing our bad economy.
Our "leaders" should be working to lower the price of gas. If gas prices fell to where they were when King Barry was crowned the economy would surge back to life.
Come on GOP, Do Something.
There is a new factor in the prices that was not there when they ran gasoline prices before the 2008 elections.
Now we have been printing money which dilutes the dollar. Oil prices are tied to the dollar. So it takes more dollars to buy the same oil. It will never go back down to those 2009 levels.
Well not all of the gas price increases are due to money printing but that part that has permanently raised the lower limit on foreign oil purchases.
Other commodities are not bought exclusively in dollars. Oil is bought and sold in dollars only.
But the money printing is driving inflation in many other areas. The press and the government is keeping the dat quiet.
This all is going to end in hyper-inflation. Oil just shows it first.
This article is a must read IMO.

Then why hasn't the price on everything doubled?
Be that as it maybe, I think we should demand of our politicians that we start allowing oil exploration everywhere in this country. Have a goal of energy independence by 2020 or sooner.
Here is a recent excellent explanation on the money supply, the banksters, and our enslavement..... from Mises Institute of Austrian Economics

How again did we wake up in the middle of a Sci-Fi movie? Who's the producer and director of this thing, and why are we not getting paid at least scale as the actors in it? Have the increase in "smart" water meters been delivering liquid "dumb" to folks? Didn't we vote again before Act II?
Oh crikey, was that Arnold Swarzenegger that just flew by on that Big Wheel? Not a good sign.
Run the credits already! I want out of this freak flick!
Two more mines shut down in SW VA; 80 more people lost good paying jobs. Electricity up 2 cents/kwh in past year plus a new $10/mo. fee for the same old meter, and of course taxes and fees to the Gov. for the privilage to have access to electricity. Gasoline price up 20% since Obuma's reelection...surprise, not. Check "news" at 11:00, for more lost jobs and even higher price updates.
Yet, he can fly around on his jet and pollute all he wants! We live in a dictatorship already!
He ran on it. I recall him saying energy would be a lot more expensive.
We have smart meters in our town. I can't wait for the day they tell me
it will cost more to take a shower and flush our toilet at 6 AM. If we
wait until 11:00 AM it will cost less. Or, worse, they decide based on the
number of people in your home how much energy you are "allowed" to use; to
use any more would cost a "premium". Its coming.
It wasn't me!!! In fact, we were not home when they installed it.
They left a "door knocker" flyer informing us they did it (mine is
an outside meter).
i read on the web that two women were arrested in naperville for their actions to prevent a smart meter to be installed. greenie meanies are all in for agenda 21.

Happiness is much more elusive these days. O' has equipped that dude with special green-powered Nike's or something. Happiness never ran so fast! Oh sure, you can still pursue it, like a tortoise pursuing a cheetah.
Life = Nope
Liberty = Nope
Happiness = C'mere ya' little sprinter!
Really Mr. President?? Try strapping a windmill to the back of Air Force One on your frequent vacations and do your part for the environment, you hypocrite.
Yeah, and while your at it make Mooch-hell get on the same plan with you instead of taking her own. Even the dog gets his own plane.
VA and MD need to cut off the coal power to DC and tell them to use their windmills -- that they can't afford to sell power to DC at any price !!
we could have a lottery to see who here at the scoop can throw the switch. wouldn't that be a hoot!
“a little more expensive”. How quaint.
Gas prices are more than double than when took office, and when you consider the solar energy scams it gets real expensive.
yes indeed. just this past friday, here in s.e. ohio, they spiked 30 cents to 3.89
The suicidal nature of how the EPA is being used here to undermine America, is seen quite clearly by looking at what happens to our fuel mix.
Coal is a "non-portable", hard to distribute fuel. Moving trainloads of coal to a power plant makes logistical sense. It is an ideal use of domestic coal for self-sufficient energy. We as a nation have the fortune of a large number of highly efficient clean burning coal plants already in place.
Natural gas is a highly portable fuel. It can be sent directly to our factories, businesses and homes. All gasoline engines in cars and trucks can very cheaply be converted to natural gas and filling stations be put in our homes or anywhere there is a pipeline.
Taking highly efficient coal plants off line and replacing them with natural gas plants will drive electricity prices through the roof because the cost new plants must be built in, mothball highly valuable efficient coal plants, and take valuable natural gas options away for cars and other uses.
The DoE was set up to make America energy independent - it "should" be fighting this plan because it is a horrible non-strategic allocation of fuels.
The net effect on the EPA's mandate here on the environment, is neutral at best but the economic impact devastating.
So, all our agencies are working in unison to sabotage our energy costs and infrastructure in the name of the false goddess Gaia.
Crickets from the Elephants.
"A little bit more expensive": sure, sure - about 10%, according to our experiences here in the UK, for starters.
And since the 'renewables' are so wonderful (the wind always blows at the right strength, it never stops, and the sun shines all the time), we can switch off all those horrid old power stations ... and then find out that energy prices will climb, because there will be shortages ...so the 'little bit more expensive' becomes 'quite a bit more expensive' in no time.
But the POS' "green" cronies will have pocketed a large amount of money before people say enough is enough.
Actually, according to Roger Hedgecock on Monday's show, gas prices under O are up 96%, YIKES! In fact, consumer reports has a list of daily gas prices, on January 19, 2009 the average price for gasoline nationwide was $1.84 a gallon. This past Saturday in So Cal we paid $4.09 but I've seen it at $4.19 and up for regular unleaded.
Notice how he price of gas went down in Oct, and after the election there has been a steady march UP. I think they hired someone full time to stand out and change the numbers every hour. Well at least that is one job he has created?
"Notice how he price of gas went down in Oct, and after the election there has been a steady march UP".
Yes, I have and I can't help but think it was part of the plan.
