I do have a Question Is the Military going to get to vote this time because they didn't get to vote the last election because the got their Ballots 5 days after the election. Being on the front line and putting their lives on the line they should be able to vote
Are we better off now than when Obama took office? Well maybe his Golf game might be better . People are out of work,pirces of fuel is high pople can't find jobs and are loosing everything they have because of this, prices of food people can't afford to feed their families. The Bail Out did not work just throwing good money after bad money Printing money what was the use of doing that? The stimules that was a joke cash for clunkers only helped the auto makers but when people couldn't afford the car payments they lost them. Banks could of lowered the intrust rates to help people stay in their homes. or cut the fule prices for people could afford to look for work, He could of open the drilling here and off shore to drop the price of fuel this would drop the price of food cut taxes on companies where they could hire and would help putting people to work but he didn't do that. I don't think all of this mess is Obama but his do nothing don't help it at all. It is Government Greed and The Administration wanting full control. The Senators played Obama like a Puppet on a string. They gave him bad ideas. Obama was over his head when he took office. Americans Economy is Our Resorces always has been always been. Are we better off now than 4 years ago No we are not at all. Our country is being devided and the Administration is driving a wedge between them. It isn't Democrat or Republican This election is for the good of America. We not need to spend billions of dollars and lives fighting a country that will goo back to the way it was when we pull out. We need to bring our troops home and put them on our borders and stand our ground. We don't have to have boots on the ground when a country attacks us. As far as Obama got Ben Lauden? All he done was give the order and the task was done.
It's not rocket science. Sustained high unemployment for 4 years is not normal. And it certainly does not make the unemployed better off nor the country as a whole.

It's more like are we better off than 2006 and the answer is no. Why 06? because dems won the congress back in the fall elections. In fact, Obama took the country to a downgrade and a financial cliff. Waht they did in 2008 and 2009 was no fixes for the economy in passing bailouts (TARP) and the Stimulus Packages and The Omnibus spending bill and then the list goes on from their. Obama Job Act bill in 2010 was a joke then his Budget was defeat 97-0. So Obama sucks. His is trying to destroy America and pass every leftist plan in the world.
I think it would be difficult to find anyone who thinks we're better off today than we were four years ago. Unless, of course, they're one of the socialists working for the Obama administration. Then things are humming along just fine, with more debt, more government regulations, and an even bigger bloated Federal bureaucracy. So if you think the objective is to turn this country into Greece, then we're doing fine. But if you don't want that for this country, then we're in terrible shape.
....and to think that the Cutter said the Rep's have made a virtue out of lying or some such nonsense.
I always know what a leftist thinks because they perennially accuse others of doing what they themselves do all the time as a matter of course. Its called projection.
I say look back 6 years.
In 2006, the Democrats took over the House, the Senate split 49-49, with 2 independents leaning to the Democratic side. From that moment onward, people tried to blame Bush for the destruction of the country, but the Democrats were in control.
It's the regulations on the banking industry that turned this country south (not de-regulation) and the Democrats kept their power until the House came back to the Republicans in 2010. Is it any wonder that we were in disarray from 2007 until it started to turn in 2011?
Once the Presidency and the Senate come back to the right, we can complete the recovery from the devastation that the Democrats created, along with their RINO friends, even though the media pushed the narrative that it was all Bush, all by his little ole lonesome.
Whether it be back to the Clinton era, and then all the way to Obama, the direction of the economy is always in line with who controls Congress, not who controls the narrative about Congress.
Let's end this Hurricane Obama now, with a Tsunami of Biblical proportions.
You are so right, and at times the republicans tick me off. Even on FOX Cable, they never remind the people that when Bush is blamed by Obama for the mess that Obama made, that the House and Senate were under Democrat control and Bush had big problems getting any bills passed. The Democrats made the mess and the mess in the white house must be picked up with a "pooper scooper." Sorry, I had to add that.
When obama said he didn't believe our citizens are better off now (3 Oct 2011) than they were four years ago, I believed him. That's the first and only time I've ever believed a word he's said.
