I agree with Rush here: this is quite offensive. Since when does Obama care about spending, even wasteful spending? Here’s a man who throws money around on lavish dates and wasteful trips overseas to lure the Olympics, and that’s the least he spends. Just off the top of my head, he’s spent a easy trillion on stimulus (which has failed to stimulate), $115 billion dollar SCHIP bill, $410 billion omnibus spending bill, at least $50 billion purchasing General Motors, and this list goes on and on and on.

It’s never been clearer that Obama is quite disingenuous regarding just about anything. Whether he sends the troops or not, to cite how expensive it is to send troops to fight a necessary war when it’s only small beans compared to how much he spends on everything else is VERY offensive.
