Obama is just a gaffe machine as of late. Last week Mark Levin played a clip of Obama gaffing on this very same line. What he says in the clip below is that Warren Buffett’s secretary shouldn’t be paying a LOWER tax rate than Warren Buffett, but then turns around and says she shouldn’t be paying a higher effective tax rate than Warren Buffett.

Are you guys idiots? There is no gaffe in the quotes by Obama. Perhaps you are getting stuck on "effective." It's interesting that no one catches this and you just repeat each other—more mindless conservative dribble from group-thinking dimwits.
