My initial reaction to this was shock. In fact, I know our President loves the spotlight, but I didn’t think this much. Well, apparently neither does he. Weatherproof noticed that Obama was wearing their coat and decided to use it for an ad. They did get the photographers permission to use the photo, but not the President’s. In fact, the White House doesn’t allow this commercial use of the President’s photo.
I’d say a couple of things – Weatherproof has gonads the size of bowling balls; but they are wrong about this enhancing the office of the Presidency. I can’t image George Bush in that same photo – it is quite diminishing.
