Wow. If Romney ever told a room full of rich elites who just donated millions to his campaign that they were the ultimate arbiter of which direction this country goes, especially in a stagnant economy like this, I’m quite certain he would be labeled as a man who is completely out of touch and who only cares about the millionaires and billionaires. And it would be run in the MSM until it reached saturation.
So we’ll see what happens with this one, but I’m not holding my breath because that could be fatal:

Among the celebrities on hand to hear Obama’s remarks were Oscar winner Meryl Streep, fashion designer Michael Kors and Vogue editor Anna Wintour, who moderated a private question-and-answer session between the president and the guests. Broderick, who was starring in a Broadway musical, was absent.
