Many got bent out of shape at Susan Rice’s possible nomination to Secretary of State and perhaps rightly so. But as far as the actual position as with most in the Obama administration, I don’t think it matters who gets nominated because they will all have to comport themselves to Obama’s philosophy and ideology – if they aren’t there already. As much as the Obama administration would like us to believe he delegates so much authority to his appointees, I believe he is probably in on many more big decisions then they would ever have us believe. And in the end that’s why I don’t think it matters who gets nominated for this position or any high level position.
NEW YORK POST – President Obama will nominate Sen. John Kerry for secretary of state, ABC News reported last night.
The Democratic ex-presidential nominee’s name will be sent to Congress, now that UN Ambassador Susan Rice has withdrawn in the face of criticism over her post-Benghazi comments.
ABC said the president plans to wait a few days to announce his new choice out of respect for the shooting victims at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn.
