The saying is to help you get on with your life and satisfy your feeling of being maligned. So "Voting is the best revenge" would mean to not malign or enact revenge on others to do them harm but to go and vote in a way that is best for you. The saying is to help you go out and vote and satisfy your feeling of being maligned.
It really is sad that someone like obama was voted into office. Why? Because Republicans were angry that McCain was the nominee and stayed home. How utterly stupid.

The media made fun of Romney for taking $5,000 from his campaign and rolling up his sleeves to assist Hurricane Sandy victims. Where was Obama, still campaigning. The lamestream media LIES just like Obama and they support him. I cannot understand why anyone would vote for Obama unless they are brainless.

What kind of revenge do you think is Obama going to be calling for after he loses?
Depends upon how he wants history to regard him. My guess, he doesn't care. Democrats have been on record in the past that they do whatever is necessary - anything - to get to a win. They view massaging history as a secondary action. Once Obama knows he has an expiration date, he will be at his most dangerous.
At least he is acknowledging that no one wants to vote for him. Smearing and lying about Romney is the only way he can get any votes.
The best thing we can do if we want to literally save what's left of this country is to send Obama back to Chicago on Tuesday. It's the best thing that we can do for this country, for the American people as a whole, and for our future. Romney must win on November 6.

Has anyone else noticed that all the voting machine "incidents" have people trying to vote for Romney but ending up voting for NObama? Coincidence? I don't think so!!!
I haven't heard a single incident of someone voting for the manchild and finding his or her vote was being registered for Romney. Not one!
The fix might be in... But we still MUST WIN! if you have to drag yourself from your deathbed to vote... Do so! it's THAT IMPORTANT!!!
The folks in NYC, NJ and CT are the ones who need to use their votes for revenge.
When they send the special trucks for voting in on Tues and folks don't have gas, food, power, or shelter -- they need to take revenge on Mr. Vegas.

His platform: Revenge focused, race against race, class envy, have and the have not's, wealth distribution, pay their fair share, but can't we all just get along?

it seems to me Obama is speaking about himself as usual. He wants revenge for Romney kicking his @$$ from state to state. Revenge for making him look like the fool he is in the debates. Revenge for illuminating all of his failures, from his inauguration till today.
For not soft-peddling with him like the MSM does. For being one who refuses to treat him like something he is not. For calling failure failure, incompetence incompetence, and an inexperienced, unaccomplished, empty suit who's been winging it.
A guy who has not improved anything, but has made everything worse. That's why he needs revenge, because Romney has exposed him as an imbecile, a fraud, and a loser. I wonder what kind of revenge he'll need after the landslide.
Perhaps the White House chef can bake four and twenty blackbirds (crow) into a pie for him to chew on election eve. He'll want to have that taste fresh in his mouth when he concedes.
He's like the Palestinians who constantly bomb and terrorize Israel and then when they retaliate, they attack them again for "revenge". No, dude, you brought this on yourself. You dug this nation into a hole our great grandkids are going to still be able to look down into and not see the bottom of. Kiss ass, pack up and get out.

As the campaigns come down to the end I would like to share a story that I think exhibits the character of Mitt Romney. Four years ago, just about this time, Mitt had dropped out of the race and John McCain was running hard for the White House. I was on a flight from Cincinnati headed to Boston. It was 6:15am and standing at the gate getting ready to board the flight I saw Mitt Romney standing alone reading a book along with everyone else waiting for the flight. I noticed a number of folks who walked up to him and had short conversations with him, he took the time to engage in conversation with each never rushing them and always looking them in the eyes and answering there questions. On the flight, Mitt sat in coach with the rest of us, and happened to be sitting across the aisle from my brother who had the pleasure of a nice conversation with Mitt; again he never rushed him, just sat there and had a very nice conversation. I was impressed that he took the time to talk with everyone and never seemed too important to answer questions from all of those who approached him. The character of a person tells a lot about them, and when you witness a great person in public and see that no matter how much success they have had, they treat people with respect, it tells you a lot about them. I know this is just a little snap shot in time, but I thought I would share it with others, as it might give those who are still not sure of who to vote for a little
Fantastic and thanks for sharing your story, NHConservative0221! I was not a fan of Gov. Romney's but I have learned so much about him that I really do beleive that he is going to be a better President than any of us can eventhought or imagine. He is humbled and I sense that he wants to be President because he can use his special set of skills and experience that is not common in Washington, DC. He is not the run if the mill politician because of his experience in the private sector so just that alone puts him head and shoulders above the rest.
It's not my story personally but I just read it in my local paper, thought it was well worth passing on!
I feel the same way about Mitt, really disliked him at first but I have grown to respect his character and feel that he could be a really good President!
All of the truly great people in my life, from teachers, to advisors, and luckily some true friends have had the same qualities shown by that letter to the editor. I had reservations about Romney as our candidate at first and now, as we get to know more about him, that he has the right combination of skills and temprament to get our nation out of the doldrums and our people to have the renewal of confidence in themselves that has been missing for a long, long time.
I realize that any photo of anyone can be a "poor likeness" but this one looks downright evil. This man is so filled with hate that many of his photos SHOW it.... the mask slips a little more each day as the campaign draws to an end.
This angry, hateful, petulant, divisive campaign he's waging makes me despise the man even more than I did before, and that's saying something. Tearing Romney down-a good, decent guy- is one thing, but pitting American against American is a shameful, despicable way to try to win a race, and I just pray enough voters see that. We can do better folks...we don't have to settle for thug politics and the economy to match.
Oh so what's he going to do? Blame the people because they just didn't understand his 2.6 gpa smarts! What a phony and deceptive!
For once in his life Bathhouse BArry is right: voting is the best revenge - revenge for four years of his policies, revenge for Obamacare, revenge for 23 million people with no jobs, for 16 trillion debts, for 5 trillion deficit, and for four murdered Americans.
Vote and show him what real revenge looks like.
