Tonight’s loss is stunning to me. Not only did we lose the presidential race which is just baffling, but we lost Senate seats and thus will have a smaller Senate minority than we did previous. And to top it all off Obamacare, which was forced down our throats on a mountain of lies, is here to stay. Honestly, there’s no telling what this country will look like in another four years.
But we’re not going anywhere. We will continue to fight for the principles upon which this country was founded and we will pray everyday that our current president has a real encounter with Jesus Christ, the only one who can actually change his heart.
And God willing, in 2016, we will fight this battle again with a better candidate who will capture the vision of the people and lead us to victory.
I know, another four years feels like forever, especially after what we’ve just been through. But let’s take it one day at a time, standing strong each day, and we’ll get there.
