As Obama’s contraception/abortifacient HHS mandate goes into affect today, religious liberty takes a back seat to his desire to stay in power. This mandate was only concocted to win him votes this year by bribing women with birth control and abortifacients, mandating insurance companies provide it. And for certain religious institutions, Obama waved his magic wand and said the insurance companies will provide it for “free” to them so they wouldn’t have to pay for it and thus violate their religious freedom. But we all know nothing is free and the insurance companies will simply build it into the price for everyone else, including those that believe it is wrong.
