Last week I heard Judge Napolitano discussing this new provision in the health care bill that calls for some type of security force called the “Ready Reserves”. I remember him saying that the language is so vague that it is impossible to explicitly interpret this passage, so much so that he said his interpretation could be wrong. Here’s the language in the bill if you want to read it for yourself. That being said, he is quite concerned with the language and the power it gives the executive:
Napolitano isn’t one who is prone to conspiracy theories and such. In fact, he is simply trying to understand the language of the bill. Of course this is exactly what we all think of when we consider this section of the bill:
I’d like to think that we can get some legitimate answers on this, but we all know that no one on Capitol Hill will explain why this is in the bill and what it means. I guess it’s like the health care bill, we have to wait until it happens to find out what it is.
