This story reminds me of how much, even we don't realize it, how much our animals love us. They deserve to be well care for and treated with much love. Bless their soft and furry little hearts.

Almost a tear jerker.....Thanks for the story (:

Awww...poor kitty. I'm glad she had a happy ending.

I can relate to this story in a way that unfortunately did not end in a happy ending. Our cat Minka died two weeks ago, but I know how these folks feel. This cat is family and it is the last thing you want to do is lose family. This story and others like it has shown to me the prove that animals that own humans are to be respected and adored because they give so much back for so little.

So sorry to hear you lost your furry family member. They are so precious to us aren't they. Give your heart time to heal and maybe rescue some lonely kitty waiting for you to love her.

Me too, Fireplug52. Lost our Harri, Sunday before last, and still have a tear every time I walk by where her dish resided for nearly 18 years. These Florida folks are fortunate indeed!

Of course she made it home, a beautiful female calico. Talk about determination, the calico and tortie are known for it and they are always female. This is why you chip them.....

I need the kitty story... but I'll have to watch it later, I've got about 10 windows open all trying to load stuff.

I need music ideas folks. For the Benghazi movies. I'm running out of ideas and my brain is frazzled enough.

These are the songs I've used already, or have waiting so you have an idea of what I'm needing if anyone has any suggestion.

So far, These Colors Don't Run- Iron Maiden, Brothers in Arms-Dire Straits, Welcome to the Jungle-G&Rs, Forever Young- Audra Mae (Sons of Anarchy), Soldier's Eyes- Jack Savoretti, Machine Gun- Jimi Hendrix, Far From Home-Five Fingered Death Punch, Theme from Crimson Tide, My Sacrifice- Creed, Warriors of the World and Fight for Freedom- Manowar, Thunderstruck AC/DC, Watch Over You-Alter Bridge, Come Home- One Republic.

Anyone who could help with more ideas, I'd be extremely grateful. Thanks!

Hey Hey ABC!! Looks like you've struck the musical idea mother load here.

How about anything on the "In the Court of the Crimson King" album, King Crimson.

AmericanborninCanada

Listening now- it's been years since I heard this. Used to play it in the art room in high school when I stayed after to do sculpting. Those were some good times.

:-( I can't get any of my browsers to to that. Oh well. I'll just have to copy and paste yours lol!

poljunkie
poljunkie

Well, I'm using Safari. But if you go to "Edit" at the top of the browser which is to the right of "file, click on edit, then the drop down will say things like undo, paste, spelling, speech etc. At the very bottom of the list is says Special Characters.

Click on that. A list will open and it will have currency signs, math symbols, music notes, and a small amount of tiny clip art, and smiley faces. I notice a lot of times when I use the little clip art such as the snow men, and other things like the ice cream cones, either they are too small or they dont show up. I haven't figured out a way to make them larger.

AUGHHHHHH.

I just listened to it. Between Saving Private Ryan and Band of Brothers we can barely contain ourself's. Anything military and we lose it.

On the bottom of the page was a link for Craig Morgan---

This Aint Nothing (That song is guaranteed to make you cry so watch out)

I doubt it will be of much help for your project though.

I LOVE Nowhere to Run... just not for this- but I'm gonna have to find a place for it in one of the future CFP videos I do. These Benghazi ones have taken much of my time, but they're so important!

I have made a few educational ones for CFP and will continue when I'm done these. I'll be able to use some of these songs for those too! :-)

AmericanborninCanada
AmericanborninCanada

I gotta tell you sister, it's a bit odd listening to Aaron's version of Amazing Grace (which is incredible by the way!) after Iron Maiden and Metallica lol. then off to Ave Maria, which I LOVE that song.

I like this version though- I wish there was a non live version though (Amazing Grace I mean) I'm laughing that you're giving me all live stuff, and I'm switching to studio versions ;-) You're SO in concert mode! I love it.
