I agree, I didn't watch The State of the Union Address nor the response. Our politicians are failing US, both parties. Who is left to run for the WH as a true conservative? Ted Nugent is right all the time, his videos always make sense.
Sorry I missed the Live chat last night, I was with my niece at karate class. Something's are just more important than listening to more lies. Still and all, I do love the camaraderie in the chat room. Next time, Lord-willing :)
You're missing the point. By continually blaming him for his poor leadership, you are falling into the trap that was set for all of us.
He wasn't sent here to garner our approval. Far from it. He was sent here to destroy this country.
He is doing just that, by first destroying our economy. By all accounts, he is on track to accomplish that very soon.
He is doing that, by destroying all belief in The Constitution. He says it is an outdated document, written by dead white men, that no longer applies to our current situation. He prefers Executive Orders. He ignores Congress, like it didn't exist.
He is doing that, by introducing class warfare, on a scale never before seen, except maybe in the Soviet Union, with Lenin.
He is doing that, by appointing to the Supreme Court, Justices who believe as he does. We no longer have a Judicial Branch. Actually, we no longer have a Legislative Branch. All we really have at this point, is the Executive. And what that means, is we have a would-be Dictator on our hands.
He wants to destroy this nation, and everything it stands for, so he can then rebuild it on a Socialist platform. He is doing it. He is doing it everyday the sun comes up, and gives us another day. He is fundamentally transforming this nation.
He is doing exactly what he promised he would do.
If Alfonzo Rachel was giving the Republican response, I would have paid to watch it. :-)
Otherwise, I'll just catch the high points (over and over again), on Fox in the morning.

I went and got a hair cut, got some color in my hair, relaxed and chatted with the Girls. It was Great.
Came home seen Rubio say College Tuition has skyrocketed, although he voted for every college increase, and he forgot to mention that Illegals get in state tuition, while our kids do not, and Neither does the Military. That was enough for me.

Disappointing speech by Rubio. Why do all of the republicans sound like high school guidance counselors? They need to get back to public speaking class pronto.
It was his manner of speaking. It's that soft kinda weak talking down that republicans seem to favor lately. It makes him seem disingenuous. Romney had that same problem.
It like they are all trying to be Obama but even wussier. They forget that while Obama does that too, he speaks in a baritone that at least makes it seem like he knows what he's talking about. (He doesn't but he can seem like it). They come across as weak and self-interested. They need to stop copying Obama and develop their own style.
... and Nicole Wallace, who was Jeb Bush's press secretary and worked in the Bush White House has direct access to Rubio.
If people want to support Rubio, go ahead, but many of us can see that he is simply a Trojan Horse for the Bush wing of the Republican party.

Jeb Bush and Karl Rove advocated that Romney pick Rubio as his VP running mate.
It just felt weak and rehearsed. Like he didn't really believe the things that he was saying. i don't think that's going to win votes.
I disagree, Rubio was one of the people that Rove didn't initially support. He only gave money to Rubio once he won the primary, Rove wanted Crist to win.
How was he speaking down? I felt he was trying to connect with many Americans and accomplished the goal when it came to my household. You need to understand how to connect to people.

The last SOTU speech I watched was when Nan Piglosi was still speaker of the house,and I remember she kept bobbing up and down like a Jack-in the-box.I still lol every time I think about it.
