{{{yawn }}}} It's "Die Hard" with a less interesting, liberal, Obama boot licking, racist cast of actors and actresses.

I'll wait for to come out on TV and then make a conscious decision not to watch it.

Hmm. Have to think very hard before lining the pockets of Hollywood again, especially w/ some of the more outspoken members of the cast.

God forgive me, but maybe they should do it now while Obama is there. God help US..this is what we are heading for from these terrorist cells forming right here in the US and it's all Obamas fault for leaving the borders open and his favoritism towards the Muslim Brotherhood. Impeach Obama now.

Ashley Judd and Morgan Freeman? This must be the sequel to Dolphin Tale.

It's a Hollywood drama, just like the White House. They're both full of actors pretending to be what they aren't. Neither one of them have the slightest plans of dealing with terrorism seriously. There's too much 'capital' to be made from it, in both respects.

If it were not for the fact that most of the cast are on the side of the tyrant, I might go see it as well. But, I just can't bring myself to spend money that will line their pockets. I am sure there will be plenty of liberal propaganda.

Looks like a hollywood watered down version of Vince Flynn's "Transfer of Power"...

Good thing there is no violence in Hollywood.

I like Morgan Freeman. As an actor. Because he entertains me. Because he is a good actor. He is good at what he does, and I appreciate what he does, and does well.

I like my Plumber. As a Plumber. Because he fixes my drains and keeps my toilets working. Because he is a good Plumber. He is good at what he does, and I appreciate what he does, and does well.

But when either or them begins to tell me what to think, regarding the political arena, I draw back.

My immediate response would be, "You're just an Actor, or you're just a Plumber." I pay you for the service you provide, but please don't think that the service you provide, gives you a platform for espousing your political ideas.

That is the problem I have with Actors and Plumbers. Actually, I don't really have a problem with Plumbers, but I have a major problem with Actors.

I find it interesting that actors use the tools of their trade to spew such garbage as they desire, while plumbers use the tools of their trade to rid us of it. Hmmm...

Well put my friend, well put.

At least your plumber provides a necessary service. Actors provide nothing but 'lip service' no matter what they are doing.

Interesting...in the 80s it used to be American vs the Russians in the movies

In the 90s and 2000s, its America vs the Arabs in the movies.

Looks like now its America vs the Chinese?

For a conservative website the comment policy here is weird and never equally applied.

Some people misuse their positions.

No thanks. Too many progressives in that for me.

Ah yes, Comrade Freeman.

I'm still pondering what the best part of paying taxes is.

A sobering assessment of Egypt. by Spengler:

Eat Less, Egypt’s Government Tells Its People The government proposed to cut back its bread subsidy to three hand-sized loaves of pita bread per person per day, about 400 calories’ worth. A state that can’t feed its people is a failed state, and that’s why the Egyptian state is at the brink of collapse

“The [Egyptian] government subsidizes fuel and foodstuffs — things it can’t afford — but it also can’t afford to unwind those subsidies politically, so it is really in a very serious situation,”

“The government is facing this paradox, even though the poor [are] not benefiting the most from the subsidies, but it’s them who will be hurt with their removal.”

We are watching something unique and terrible in modern history, namely the disintegration of a society of 80 million people, with the prospect of real hunger–a self-made famine brought about by social and political disaster rather than crop failure or war. It is horrific and dangerous. Those (like the Council on Foreign Relations’ Steven Cook) who maliciously accuse me of wanting Egypt to fail might as well accuse oncologists of wanting their patients to die of cancer.http://pjmedia.com/spengler/2013/02/06/eat-less-egypts-government-tells-its-people/

More of this is coming. We, the people, are the only thing they fear. It has happened before. It will happen again.

We all know our entire political system is corrupt. Top to bottom. City to Federal. The media complicit. Only fools can believe the politicians will willing give up their lust, power and money.

Vince Flynn. The plot here bears remarkable similarity to Transfer of Power wherein our hero Mitch Rapp is THE man on the inside. Read it. You'll see.

As for the lefty cast, yes, it's nauseating. And Hollywood has always been an "agent of change." As always, buyer beware.

"The United States of America doesn't negotiate with terrorists"

Yeah... dream on there Mr. Hollywood actor... whoever the hell you are. That train has long left the station. The terrorist occupies the White House for REAL. Pure fantasy... America represented by it's current White House "occupiers" are not only negotiating with terrorists... they are opening the door for them.

Another mixed up Hollywood no-name enemy with an Asian face of all things! Hollywood, the most dysfunctional sub-culture in the history of the world trying to remake America into a leftist utopia while leeching off the past glories, leeching off film technology, leeching off computer graphics to woo and wow the gullible America film goer.

The real enemy is Islam... but with these Hollywood phonies and frauds they would never say shit if their mouths were full of it... which it is btw.

And with Freeman as a protagonist... give me a... I'll take a pass.

Peck...Now there's an actor. Watch him and Broderick Crawford in Night People...(1954) An era when America was still America. These men were class, not like the moneyed class-less Freeman.
