The guy's an idiot! You absolutely never pull a gun unless you are prepared to use it. He should have been put to the ground if his intent was to threaten someone's life. I couldn't understand what was going so there is always the possibility that his intentions were benign. Laughable, but without actually knowing- maybe he said if, “I don't get my way, I'm going to bust another cap at the ozone layer.”

This is what we have to resort to make our illustrious leaders look good. Wow. Notice that not many move for caution to take cover or waere especially alarmed by this. Must be normal behavior.
